This is something they (the Republicans) Dont want you to see...

Make sure you read through each and every line of this poll released just about an hour ago and see the truth about how Americans feel about you. You've lost a tremendous amount of support over the past 2 months, and now more people say that the Dems have higher morals than the republicans. Now, this poll, among other things prove what I and many others on this site have been saying, and you must believe it: Tell your local GOP congressman or congresswoman to pack their bags now so they don't have to leave in a rush. And don't say " Liberal Media" as you Always do when faced with the truth.

Eliminate the income tax and instead create a 10% sales tax on ALL goods, including food and clothing. According to figures this would double the amount paid into income tax. Believe it or not people this has been brought up by our lawmakers. How would you all feel about it? I wouldn't mind the 700 dollars a month I pay in income taxes on my check. That is damn near a house payment.

I know that there has lately been an issue about N. Korea, testing bombs and things. A few months ago, there was talk that the U.S. was warning them about testing a bomb that could possibly reach us here. However, the most recent news is all about Japan, S.Korea, and I believe Russia, warning N.Korea about the testing. So, I was wondering if something does happen, would the US be more likely to just let Japan, S.Korea, Russia, and maybe the U.N. handle the issue..or would is it likely that the U.S. would also be involved in this as well? Any chance that we might just practice neutrality on this issue, and let the rest of them handle it?

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has embarked on an ambitious agenda for "Cleaning the U.S. House" once she assumes control.

There is, of course, the unfinished business of the November 7 elections to consider, but Congresswoman Pelosi regards the election itself to be a minor detail, unworthy of undue distraction.

To Americans still on the fence about the election, please think about the likely agenda that Pelosi would pursue:

* Impeachment of George W. Bush:

Pelosi and her supporters have all but guaranteed to impeach the president if elected. Pelosi is likely to make "swearing at George W. Bush" her first item of business after the obligatory "swearing in" of the new congress.

* Withdrawal of Troops From Iraq:

Once President Bush has been dealt with, Pelosi will move for the immediate withdrawal of all U.S. forces from Iraq. Pelosi will ask that the 130,000 troops in Iraq be placed on "stand by" for assignment to Haiti or other location where there is absolutely no legitimate American interest at stake.

Congresswoman Pelosi will also ask that American military force be available to seize any Wal-Mart store that refuses to cover 100% of employee health care costs, or to pay a minimum wage of $25 an hour.

* Apology for "Ugly American" Behavior:

Democrats would like nothing better than to issue a blanket apology to the world for America's wrongheaded policies while Republicans controlled the White House and or either chamber of congress. Such a declaration would specifically apologize to all Muslims, Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro, Kim Jong Il, leaders of the former USSR, and assorted other nice guys for the boorish, America first, behavior of Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and both U.S. presidents answering to the moniker George Bush.

* Forgiveness of Terrorists:

If Speaker Pelosi were to have her way, the United States would issue a formal statement of forgiveness to Osama bin Laden and the original 19 hijackers of 9/11 notoriety. The Pelosi statement would declare that, all things considered, America probably deserved 9/11.

The statement would include a thank-you message to bin Laden for delaying the World Trade Center attack until Bill Clinton was safely out of office, thereby allowing Democrats to blame George W. Bush for 9/11.

Pelosi would also make it a federal "hate crime" to draw derisive cartoons, speak in a disparaging manner, or otherwise offend Islam, the prophet, Allah, the Koran, or Osama bin Laden.

* Free Pilot Training:

In the name of acceptance and to demonstrate that real Americans do not hold grudges, Ms. Pelosi would propose to provide free training and licenses to young Middle-Eastern men from terrorist-sponsoring nations who speak Arabic and who have always dreamed of flying jumbo jets. This program would not cover plane landings.

The taxes pouring into the federal coffers has hit two consecutive high points in history, and that is adjusting for inflation. And this is after tax cuts. Unemployment has been at the lowest level since the 60's. The Dow is at the highest ever, the only time it was closer was when the Clinton SEC allowed the dot-com fraudsters to create companies whose mission statement was to pay back the initial investors (that's a form of MLM). The Labor Department reports salaries raising faster than anytime since the 80's. More jobs have been created in the period of 2000 to 2005 than from 1990 to 1999. The economy is doing very well. Cut taxes for the wealthy and they invest in the market making the economy stronger, creating more jobs, increasing salaries, and generating income that leads to more purchase power, which leads to taxes pouring in at highest rates in history.
Proving for the second time in 18 years that supply side economics works.
