Apparently at the Tory party conference all the wee tories get to call Howard his true name 'Davros'. which would make their home planet Skaro. not sure which planet they're on now though - after their war with the timelords they were all supposed to have died off.

Let me explain it is apparent you do not understand the what a misconseption is.

When they previously said they would cut taxes a lot of people thought that is what they said just as a means to get into power.

That was a misconception, they meant it at the time.

Now what we have because all the idiots that thought they meant the opposite have left us with the legacy of being taxed directly, indirectly, upside down directly and any other pathetic excuse to tax the British public to the hilt. Weather it be called a tax or something else to hide it like the forthcoming dustbin duty! and additionl TV licence fees.

Now the conservatives are worried by saying they will cut taxes for a third time they will not be elected again. Well I say cut back the layers of managers and executives in the NHS, Education and civil service and Let the conservatives SHOUT AT THE TOP OF THEIR VOICES WE WILL CUT TAXES!

No, the Tories lost the elections because Britain is now a Social Democracy, mainly thanks to Blairs Government. The man may have lead us to a hateful war, but he sure as hell gave the left-wing a major victory in terms of Political Spectrum.

Think about it, the Tories have ALWAYS hated the NHS, and lost time and time again because of it. Now, they finalyl realise they can only win and get respect by securing the institutions we hold dear, such as the NHS, Public Services, Education etc

always useful to blame defeat on things one can disavow neutrally. If they reminded people that they lost because of their record in the 80s and 90s then the same people might be inclined to recall that period and vote against them again.
Blaiming tax cut promises and other tactical erros draws attention away from such strategic problems as ideological dislike of all public services.

Whatever you heard, they are now a younger party than the Lib Dems (thanks to Mr the Merciless) and they are a more united party than labour. Only the tories can turn that from a walkover into a competition.
