Is there anybody else who has the money or military power and will to enforce a desired outcome. Down the ages there have been conquerors who have rod roughshod over the world with their all consuming ambition. Would you choose a Genghis Khan or maybe some religious tyrant seeking to convert everyone at the point of a sword, maybe an Adolf Hitler or some ruthless Japanese general ? What about some crazy Middle Eastern tyrant, maybe like the Libyan Gaddhafi or a Saddam Hussain or how about the North Korean dictator. Is China or Russia preferable as a worlds Numero Uno super power ?

When faced with the choices, isn't the choice clear? Give me the ignorant blinkered Americans and that idotic clown Bush anyday.

Are they, by using any and every excuse to raise prices, robbing the American public and weaking the US economy? And do they deserve the tax breaks and subsidies the GOP gave them?

I always thought that we were responding to a threat to innocent people or trying to enforce treaties that had been signed. Am I wrong or not?

I work for a living. I work my tail off to make the money I have. If another man has the same job as I but is a lazy bastard and does one third as much work as I do you think he should receive the same pay, the same benenfits?

How can anyone under such circumstances defend solialism?

One of our resident paid puppets claims that Bush's caninet is 'almost half-minority.' So I did a little quick search and, as best as I can tell, the 'almost half-minority' seems to apply to minority stock holders.

ITS clear that the best jobs are in the government or in contracted corporations to supply americas military and infrastructure .ALSO the rebuilding efforts abroad will require engineers & architechs who will also work with the government to rebuild the nations we are destroying .
WITH government on the rise does it follow that war too will rise in order to meet the needs of the millions of people working for the government and just how much do americans who do not work for the government pay in higher taxes to continue the growth of this trend towards larger government supported by both republicans and democrats .they can not say they want smaller government and spend billions on wars and defense if cutting government and spending is the goal of republicans ,i know people who are thrilled with there jobs and feel safe for the next few years and they all work in defense. THE war is just one of those things we have to acknowledge will happen . Clinton cut defense and scared them all .

dropping out of races, behind in polls, distancing themselves from bush, the republican party is really losing it. http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/08/07/ney.withdraws/index.html

I've always been tought that life is the most precious and priceless of things on this earth. And I hold it in that respect. However recently certain politicians seemed to have changed the exchange rate to 1 human life = 1 barrel of crude oil (thx to George Bush an Tony Blair)
or 10 human lives equal 1 Hezbollah missile (many thanks to Ehud Olmert)
Which makes one wonder what exactly is Life still worth to you?

Madness is rare in individuals - but in groups, political parties, nations, and eras it's the rule.

It's a quote also - care to guess who said it?
