I can gaurantee the aren't forgiving and forgetting messing with their lives and money from the North come November, and it's getting cold then too...LOL

I heard this on Charlie Rose tonight when he was interviewing Kissinger. They said that when you want the public to support military action against a country that you first dehumanize them then demonize them.

I was like OMG that finally put it into words for me. You see this everytime we are about to go to war. IE, as soon as N.Korea started testing weapons, all of a sudden propaganda came out about their leader being whacko = demonize

Or Iran.. propaganda that was an incorrect translation of his speech stating '.. holocaust never happened...' = demonize.

Or propaganda about how all of Islam wants to kill Americans = dehumanize.

WOW I AM ON TO SOMETHING HERE!!!!

Anyone else ever heard this?

...the republicans are now saying that we have found WMD in iraq?

Do they not realize that mustard gas that old is compleatly useless and at most could only give you minor burns if you have prolonged contact with it?

Are these the weapons we went to war over? Expired mustard gas that has been sitting in the desert since the mid-1980's, are those the WMD's?

Wasn't this another Bush lie for padding his Texas defence contracts with American lives...A lot of soldiers die in ten years like Vietnam you know. Maybe the Chinese will get invloved again, do you think it's another set up for Americans?

Ok, now people say, automaticly when mentioning an Arab or a Muslim, Oh my God a terrorist! I mean honestly, how do they get off like that. I guess they dont see what others do. I mean you know how there are really rotton apples and good apples? Well, there are also rotten pears and good pears! Why should i vote republican in 2006? Why do i want the republicans in power. What have they done for me since 2004?

I will take any post saying "they are better than the democrats" to mean that they have not accomplished any thing.

When will you be able to take your family to Iraq for a vacation? When are you going to be able to bring the wife and kids to Baghdad and spend some time living it up with the locals? They don't, and are under fire everyday for siding up with Bush. You see they came to their senses years ago with the inflation..The Heat bills alone are going to cost the Neocons the election from the North..People had to heat with wood last winter, and houses burned down right and left from it, the people aren't fogiving and forgetting either...you will see!

We were told by Bush and Co. that invading Iraq and overthrowing Saddam would bring peace to the Mid East and yet, 3 and half years later, it seems just as violent as ever. So tell me republicans, you spreaders of peace and democracy, why does the Middle East not seem any better, even though we did what Bush said we had to do in order to finally bring peace to the region? Maybe I am not seeing something? How do things look from your side because over here, I’m seeing no improvements and maybe even a more violent Mid East than it has been for awhile here.

I'd like to know what all represented parties have to say when the hard questions are asked.
We are only given the choice of Republican or Democratic philosophy on the televised debates and maybe, just maybe there is a better way to look at things, which we will never know unless all candidates are heard.

I am against homosexual marriage.

Let me make it clear, I am barely religious, and I do not like it for religious reasons.

I'm a common sense guy, so all of my thinking comes from common sense. I see it like this.

If everyone would be gay, there would be no people.
People have to be straight for there to be MORE people.

So to have a gay couple is like..blasphemy on society, on the human race. You are saying that, despite all these people that have brought the human race this far, all the men and women who've bred together, you refuse to do it.

I don't care if you like girls or guys or whatever. It should be your human duty to make babies.
