or do they support everything bush does and is killing not always wrong .I understand it is an innocent life but if raised by radical islamic fundimentalists is'nt abortion just a proactive step towards preventing terrorism. stopping them from coming here and bombing our cities and killing our people.
you make no sense to me advocating live at the expense of life all killing is wrong and you can not accept that so instesd of fixing the problem you are adding to it creating more hate and killing more people .how do you expect a woman in america to mant to have a child if you tell her that she will live in poverty never have a nice home or car or descent live if she has to raise a baby so no sex and no children before marriage forces them to pick murder as an option because killing is acceptable for a good reason and who wants to be poor all there lives.

40 million people are now free of the fascist regime of Saddam, yet liberals are crying about 'illegal war' and get angry while pointing out more than 2000 deaths of US soldiers.

Abortion is the systematic murder of the unborn life. Abortion has probably killed more life than the Nazis ever did, so why do liberals try to claim the moral high ground when they support this holocaustic abortion stuff?

Remember: a womans right to choose is not superior than that of a baby's right to live.
Unborn baby is INSIDE a woman's body, but not PART OF. This is important because a woman can decide over her own body.

Absolutely. Here's the proof:
While Bush scores low on popularity polls in Europe, Schuessel rose to his defense, which seemed to catch the American president by surprise.

"I think it's grotesque to say that America is a threat to the peace in the world compared with North Korea, Iran, a lot of countries," Schuessel said, adding that it was Bush who raised Guantanamo and other thorny issues.

"He came up, and he said, `Look, this is my problem. This is where we are,'" Schuessel said. "And I think we should be fair from the other side of the Atlantic. We should understand what Sept. 11 meant to the American people."

About 1,200 students chanting "Bush Go Home!" rallied at a train station to protest his visit to the capital, where 1,000 police officers were assigned solely to deal with demonstrators. Another 2,000 officers patrolled the city.

Leading the students was U.S. "peace mom" Cindy Sheehan, who lost her son in Iraq and energized the anti-war movement last sum

Israel and USA have human rights records that are infinitely better than those of China, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia (or any other islamic state)?

Why all that concern for the socalled 'Palestineans', who have far less legitimate claim to a state of their own than the Tibetans, Kurds or even the Israelis themselves do. After all, Palestine (pre 1948) was not a state for the people we now refer to as 'Palestineans' but it was a British protectorate and before that an Ottoman province.

Can anyone show me the 'tax cut for the rich' that all the liberals seem to talk about all the time?

Can any of you liberals show me the specifics of the tax cut? Or do you just say it because you think it sounds good?

I remember back in the 1980's we were rolling in dough, 1990's people had jobs and were rolling in dough still. Once this war got started jobs declined, Government spending on Military was outrageous, Gas prices are unheard of now, and politicians keep lying about what they're going to do when election time nears but when they're in office they never can back up what they preach. Can anybody tell me something that I can really believe?

I always hear the Rupugblicans argue that taxes are to high, that democratics are tax and spend.
However
1) Why do they never complain about Corparate tax shelters who stiff the government making the public pay 15% higher taxes than they should.
2) How can they argue tax cuts in a time of war, is that patriotic.
3) Although Tax and spend is a cute catch phrase, Why don't they see that taxes are our patriotic duty as members in a society to contribute our fair share. For example the military isn't free, the post office, the FDA,

Me, personally I think this is a lost cause. Iraqi insurgents and the whole middle easts' insurgents will kill innocent children, some no older than 3 years old I've read a story on an incident involving a 3 year old little girl getting shot dead. What makes our country think that we can change anything when the mindset of these people are cold and ruthless from the beginning. They're not going to surrender and they'll continue fighting as long as were here and it doesn't matter what leader or their position to Al-Qaeida or Taliban. These are people of the devil. Not the Iraqi and Middle East innocents, but insurgents I'm reffering to. If we stay this war is NEVER going to end. I can see the death toll up to 5,000 to 7,000 if he stay over in Iraq for the next few years. America has pride, this country was built on American pride right? However, Jesus Christ one who is greater than even America said pride is a sin (ego) and will cause only hardship to oneself. Answer back to this topic.

Here on Answers, blogs and practically any venue of discussion between political parties (cons, libs, dems, repubs), debate has degenerated into name calling and stereotypes. Why can't people simply debate their ideas based on principles and facts? Even tho there are clear differences in opinion, why can't people respect differences in opinion and find solutions?

Has the turn to Republican led Federal and (some) state govs created this environment? Are people just fed up with gridlock?
What are your thoughts?

i have trouble with gods that kill people-- pick your killer god and brand of religion and shove it down the throats of everyone you can.
the stupidist people i have met in my life have justified all there actions by two words GOD FAITH not one of them is willing to accept they might be wrong as they are so quick to identify others religions as wrong never looking at the origins of there own .Is a mans faith and beleif tested by his willingness to die and if so also his willingness to take gods enemys with him.

After it was found that members of Al-Quada, who for the most part aren't even from Iraq, admitted responsibility for killing two brave American soldiers, the Democrat leaders, as well as almost all of the media establishment, are still unable to call these people what they are ... Islamic Terrorists. To make nice with even America's most vicious enemies they instead continue to refer to these animals as "insurgents", completely ignoring the definition of what an insurgent is.

Does any leader in the Democrat party have a spine?
