Why are DEMOCRAT LEADERS unable to use the words "Islamic Terrorists"?

After it was found that members of Al-Quada, who for the most part aren't even from Iraq, admitted responsibility for killing two brave American soldiers, the Democrat leaders, as well as almost all of the media establishment, are still unable to call these people what they are ... Islamic Terrorists. To make nice with even America's most vicious enemies they instead continue to refer to these animals as "insurgents", completely ignoring the definition of what an insurgent is.

Does any leader in the Democrat party have a spine?

"plus futé" ... shame on you. Did you read what you wrote? Nobody is denying that there are Iraqi insurgents. My question is why do Democrats insist on calling Al-Quada members insurgents instead of Islamic Terrorists?

Silly man! There are no terrorists, only those "freedom fighters" valiantly standing against our evil nation. Why, we should bow on our knees and beg their forgiveness. 9/11 was our fault, and no ones elses...why just ask Congressman Murtha.

You see, its because of years of oppression by the American devils. We must repent our sins, and ask Osama to forgive us. Maybe we can give him some free government entitlements to appease him and his fellow freedom fighters.

We must have a Million Man Freedom Fighter March in Washington. It can be led by Murtha, Cindy Sheman, Kerry, Gore, Kennedy (he'd want free drinks), and, of course, the "Rev." Jesse Jackson. We can prostate ourselves at Osama's feet, and ask him, in the name of "a"llah, to forgive our sins. Pray that he doesn't behead us for being infidels...Osama we're sorry!

I see you are still convinced that this is a war with terrorist. You can not have a war with a terrorist group of any kind. Many military men will tell you that if they are being truthful. That's like saying we are going to have a war on criminals in the USA so we send out the army, Navy and Marines. You cannot send out troops that are trained in conventional warfare out to war with terrorist. Also I am not sure where you get that there are only Islamic terrorist. Haven't you heard? Every day Americans can now be considered terrorist. Ya never know it could be your door they knock down next. The way to fight terrorism is with security. Our administration has failed us by not securing our boarders and letting people in the country who will do us harm. I just don't understand how the administration gets people to believe almost anything just cause they say its true. I hope and pray your not listening to Mr. Giuliani. They told him not to put the security center in the towers because they were a target for terrorist oops. Sounds like he don't listen to advisers any more then Bush. If it was up to this administration our ports would be run by the United Arab Emirates. By the way if you haven't heard they are Islamic. Not only that, The administration picked the wrong country. The terroists didnt even come from Iraq. You really need to do some reasearch before picking a president. Dont always believe what you hear on TV!!!

Maybe cause they refuse to label all of Islam? To say Islamic terrorists is to brand the entire nation of Islam, something that people seem to want done anyway for some reason. Oh right, that agenda thing, got it.

No I'm not implying there are NO islamic terrorists, are you implying that terrorists must be islamic? Do you believe that there are NO religious extremists in any faith besides Islam? we don't need a label, we need a solution.

It is difficult for some Americans to understand the threat from radical Islam, militant Islam, Islamo-fascism--whatever you wish to call it. It seems incredibly naive, but isolationism has been a recurrent theme throughout American history. All one needs to do is listen to what the Islamists are saying in their Friday night sermons, children's textbooks, and political charters. So many Americans--especially wealthy political leaders--live an idyllic life here, it's impossible for them to comprehend the true threat the civilized world faces.

Oh, no, they're not Terrorists, just Misguided Criminals. I think that was the PC term I heard earlier this year. I mean, I would think every criminal is "misguided" but I guess terrorists are REALLY misguided.

Maybe the answer to your question is that they don't want to offend any non-Islamic terrorists. How kind of them to be so considerate of their feelings when the only thing the terrorists are considerate of is how many people they can blow up.
