liberalism, like conservatism, is a political philosophy, not an illness, hence no vaccine nor cure. What you base your political philosophy on is partly your own personal values as well as what you think the country should stand for. UN-fortunately, some of the time-tested positives that america has represented over the years have become VERY costly, such as wide tolerance to free-for-all immigration. Conservatives largely stand for preserving That Which Is America from all enemies, and Liberals largely stand for trying to feed the rest of the planet. Neither group can apparently do mathematics very effectively, as between their efforts our country is now trillions in the red. The 3 R's are fundamental basic cornerstones to an individual's education.
A person that leaves school in an illiterate or incompetent condition in these basic areas essentially has no future, at least not in 21st century america where they're increasingly important in our daily lives. Important, I think, to any political/social philosophy is the common characteristic of consistency. Say you're against increasing funding for schools. Ok, but you're not actively promoting heavier border enforcement to prevent more people from moving to the country. That's inconsistent, or 'sitting on the fence'. Liberals expect to be able to extract tax monies for all perpetuity out of our corporations, and pay for every single social program imaginable. Like I said, neither side is good at math, or trying to anticipate consequences. So, to answer your question, neither liberalism nor conservatism are 'curable', except through more public education...

When you say destructive I think about Katrina and all the aftermath of a natural disaster. The human disaster was pretty evident, a slow response, an unqualified FEMA director, and a clueless president. When i think of debilitating i think of those 2 GI's who were brutally murdered because we successfully defeated the old Al Qaida leader. I am tired of hearing how bad we are, but liberals are not even in power in things are only going from bad to worse in this country. Don't try to say we voted down a bill to bring back troops, because that is BS. Conservatives don't like to know about the politics and dirty tricks politicians like to play.

yes a vaccine is in the works already as we speak .by weaking the liberal virus we make it possible to create a vaccine and inject it into conservatives this weakend strain of liberalism is attacked and killed off easily in its weakend state thus preventing conservatives from actually accepting the truth .these conservatives life happily ever after with no chance of being infected with the truth and thus become the complete idiots that they are.

What kind of liberalism-the kind jesus taught?

What is destructive and debilitating? You give no example because you have none.

A harsh dose of reality of what hate lurks in the CONservative heart is in order here.

You're not fooling anyone.

Wouldn't that be lovely? How about a vaccine for idiot liberalism? Y'know the kind in which their premises are so bad they have to make up things to support them? Things that are clearly lies.

Did you know that Jesus Christ was a liberal? Look up the definitions of liberal in the dictionary, then look up the definition of Conservative. Then you tell me which side you want to be on. See I will Choose Jesus's side every time.

YES, it is called money. the more you get the less liberal you are.
( with some obvious exceptions of people who have gotten rich by being liberal, such as Ted Kennedy and his ilk.)
Most of the self-made millionaires are conservative. the ones that had it handed to them are more liberal.
