Do you think that would be unwise, broadcasting our plans to the enemy, and denying flexibility to our commanders on the ground? Or is it a necessary step?

Civil answers, please.

When the original conspiracy theory cannot be proved (without faked confessions, having the assumed guilty coerced or tortured into confession) and has just as many holes as the new conspiracy theory, how do you choose which one is more factual?

the only thing i can firmly say that they have learned from the war is They learned that they must control the media, no truth can be allowed, the media (unlike the 60s-70s) has completely bowed to fascist pressure and is no more than a Governemnt mouthpeice.

We all know about dead beat dads, but their are plenty of dead beat moms. Instead of child support going to mommy's boyfriend's-jack-daniel's-fund, would it make more sense for a disadvantaged child to have saved money at the age of 18 that neither parent can touch for college, trade school, or whatever. Your thoughts?

Today Bush quoted two Iraqi bloggers to support his contention his strategy in Iraq is "working."

So. . . .Bush won't listen to the Study group, to foreign policy experts who have spent their careers studying the middle east, to Congress, or to the Amrican people.

But he listens to IRAQI BLOGGERS????

Is this how "the Decider" formulates foreign policy?

Does sepreation of powers say that even though congress signs the checks, it is up to the executive branch how to spend it, in this case specifically for war? Does Congress have the right to dictate when we must withdrawl from Iraq, or is their check signing power as far as it goes?

What do you think?

When seniors have to choose between food and medicine, this country should be ashamed! Yet we can spend billions on foreign aid and medical care for young people who don't want to work but instead keep having children to ensure they continue medicaid, subsidized housing, and food stamps. The elderly have EARNED the right to be taken care of!

their paycheck worth something and the economy running. The reason the dollar is worth so much is because it is in high demand because OIL is purchased/sold in US dollars. Supply/Demand.

If we dont secure teh oil in the midle east and someone like Iran were to get ahold of it they could start selling it in Euros and the value of our dollar could drop 50% in one night.

They could also use the threat of this to negotiate with us.

"The specifics of the fires in WTC 7 and how they caused the building to collapse remain unknown at this time. Although the total diesel fuel on the premises contained massive potential energy, the best hypothesis has only a low probability of occurrence. Further research, investigation, and analyses are needed to resolve this issue."

a middle class citizen, Glad to see he put a little more of the tax load on the rich. Have you noticed that taxes actually inspire less wealth? Like in Nevada where the taxes are non existent and the money keeps poaring in, we should take example from this and lower taxes all around, its better for the economy too.

But back to the topic lets all thank Bush real quick for cuttnig taxes. Something the democrats despise.
