Based on the abundance of reliable, verifiable information provided on the www.WantToKnow.info website, it appears that there are factions within the world's power elite which desire to exert as much control over the world as possible. Their primary means for establishing control are through promoting fear, secrecy, and polarization, and through distracting people from their deeper purpose in life. As these factions gain ever greater power and control, our freedoms and liberties are increasingly taken away, sometimes without our even realizing it.

Your belief is not the only belief. Someone elses beliefs might actually be the correct one. Or ...maybe they all are a coping mechanism designed to placate people in times of longing for meaning?
But is what you believe really worth presecuting or killing others?
Can any religion use a higher power to justify condemning any other human? If God created man doesn't that mean All man? Not just the one's who believe as you do!

Afghanistan to get OBL SO WHY such a disparity in troop deployments?
Today there are nearly seven times more US military personnel serving in Iraq than in Afghanistan - 140,000 compared with just over 20,000. The United States has spent roughly $400 billion on the Iraq war, and costs are running about $8 billion per month. In the past five years, the US has provided a total of just $12.5 billion in economic and military aid to Afghanistan.

So...there are the following to consider:

1) Hundred year old trees and a stadium are knocked down by hurricane force winds....
2) Same storm ravages Alberta and Sask. with wicked temps and loads of snow...
3) Manitoba gets 35 mc of snow
4) Ice storms followed by mild temps, followed by more ice storms in Ontario and Quebec.
5) Hurricane force winds and storms in East, and still as a result of the same system (for those who don't know...that shouldn't happen....almost never happens..) (Seriously..a hurricane force storm travelling a continent....DOESN"T HAPPEN!!)
6) 40 people die in Germany due to storms.
7) Snow in texas???

Where is your fallacy that is it fictional now???

In the rest of the world, red represents left-wing politics, socialism, communism in its most extreme. Blue represents conservative, capitalism, self-reliance, right-wing politics.
In the US it seems reversed, the red states voted right-wing, the blue states voted left-wing.

who s going to create the new drugs. these drugs cost millions for r and d and that money just wont be available. what doctor is going to goto school fr 10 yrs to pull in 60 grand a yr? waiting lists for anything routine and long waits for emergency problems will be the norm.

There was a post on here from a woman that is upset that at the end of the year they are taking her universal health care cost out of her tax refund check at the end of the year.

This just didn't make any sense to me. Why should I, as a taxpayer, be required to be financially responsible for those that couldn't be responsible themselves?

I waited to have kids...I waited until I could financially supprt them without a handout. I was careful when I was younger to NOT have children that I couldn't afford.

Why should I be financially responsible for those they are not responsible for their own actions.

The whole thing just makes me angry. How is someone going to complain about getting less of a refund after we as taxpayers financed her childs healthcare all year??

We need welfare reform in a serious way!

I always hear you should donate money to poor countries. Many of these countries have been getting money for many years and there worse off now than they were before. I don't even think the people in these poor countries benefit from it. I think the leaders are taking it. What is going on?

How do they have the right to tell me I have to wear a seatbelt? Or a motorcycle helmet. As an adult shouldn't I have the right to make my own decisions for things that affect only me? Do you think that slowly we are losing more and more of our free rights?
