Because Palestine's inhabitants are mostly Jewish, and they have a long feud with the Arabs/Muslims that's why.

Many Palestinians cross the borders daily to work within Israel, so I think it fair that Israel shoulder some responsibilty for assisting the Palestinians with Social Welfare programs such as Construction of Hospitals, Water Treament plants and the formation of a legitimate Governing Body. The Palestinian ideology seems to be different than that of the neighboring Arabs. They seem not too caught up in the Religious argument as they are in the land issue. Sure, some of the land disputes are along the lines of religion such is the case in Jerusleum

First, Israel collects the taxes for the P.A. This is because, despite the time, money, effort and support given to Palestinians, they still exist in anarchy, without an uncorrupt government at any level. So, Israel is now releasing the tax monies to the P.A., though it has little coherent government.

The P.A. is also getting money from the US and EU, as was agreed to as part of the peace processes.

The rest of the Arabs have no love for the Palis. They are troublemakers and unwanted. That is why when the Palis fled Israel during the Arab attacks, the Arabs never assimilated them, and kept them in refugee camps. How... brotherly, no?

They only care about Palis as a thorn in the side to Israel.

The money from Israel was taxes withheld on behalf of Palestine. It is Palestine's money, not Israels. Other countries DO help Palestine, when they can get the help to them. Israel frequently prevents aid from reaching Palestinians.

What would Israel do without the billions of dollars it receives from the US. Israel is the biggest recipient of foreign aid in the world!

Its acctually very simple other contries have given palestine but the U.S and Israel wont let that money be transfered to them .The only counties allowed to give them are the EU and the U.S..For example the prime minister of palestine went out in the ME and collected billions of dollars but Israel stopped him in Egypt and prevented him from coming into Palestine with the money .They acctually confiscated the money and that happened dozens of times.
Why they do that I dont know .
May be thats a way to control them and keep them at their mercy..I dont know ..

I do not see any Middle Eastern countries helping each other financially. None of them are known for their benevolency. Palestine is small, and it has no oil revenues.
