This is for the pro criminal crowd on here. They follow me around, just to insult me. They TRY to censor anyone who has a different opinion and anyone who want our laws upheld. I'm of Mexican ancestry. Neither I nor any of my ancestors "crossed the border legally" So what am I doing here?
Also, as far back as I can remember there have been white people that have told me to "go back to were you came from". I must have heard that or a variation of that nearly a hundred times in my life so far.......so what do they mean by that?

I live in Long Beach, (LA county) California, so I live in a city with all races... maybe that's why I'm open-minded about different cultures.
I've seen the good side of hard-working immigrants and that's why I would like them to have the chance to apply for residence or citizenship..

I think that people who hate other races so much, when they are really sick, dying or need some form of serious help that the race you hated so much is standing over you. Why do people constantly confuse the term "illegal immigrant" with the word "immigrant"? Why has it become the common thing for people that immigrated to the U.S. legally to point out that they did so when faced with a question about illegal immigration?

The only thing the two have in common is the fact that they're both about immigration however one, is about -illegal- immigration, which is generally frowned upon, and the other about legal immigration, which is generally welcomed and embraced with open arms and questions about the country the person immigrated from.

And before anyone brings it up, because they're so often wrong about it, the national quotas that set limits to who could immigrate to the U.S. were abolished after the Immigration and Naturalization Services Act of 1965 was passed. That means that there have been no quotas in place preventing any specific ethnic group from immigrating for forty-one years.

I live near the border, the schools in my local communities are predominately students of Mexican ethnicity.

Under Bush’s “No child left behind” the schools are failing with their low test scores.

I went to school down here, immigration is a big problem, MANY students don’t speak English at all.

I believe the schools are failing mainly because of students who do not speak English.

Some schools do pass, but they are in the upper-class “white” neighborhoods.

School in Mexican-American communities are being punished for immigration problems that are out of the school district’s control.

What should be done?

My sister and friend got into a car accident today, they were hit by two illegal aliens in their construction truck, the guys were driving drunk and tried to take off afterward but luckily a cop was following them and got them. Even the cop told my sis, there is little chance of ever getting money but their car is totalled. Any legal advice? She doesn't have a lot of money for repairs.
