Is this an opportunity for Bush and his Bush-itting conspirators to divert attention from the missing e-mails scandal?
Is it like a sci-fi conspiracy thriller "Conspiracy Theory" when "sleeper killers" are activated at just the right moment to divert attention from the president when things are getting hot under the coller.
Anything is possible in a system were mind control is ever so real.
Is this another "WAG THE DOG" incident?
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..

The Bush-Bashers are already out in full force after this terrible tragedy:

as if somehow it were Bush's fault. So the question I have to ask is:

How much longer before they start blaming Global Warming?

"Well, the increased temperatures due to excessive greenhouse gasses probably fried his brain"

There, I gave Al Gore a freebie for his next film.

Since there apparently will be no "grace period" while the dead are buried, I'll have to join in.

What is the history behind this amendment? What did the drafters intend? Specifically, what is the meaning of the first clause of the sentence, and what did "a well-regulated militia" mean at the time of drafting? Do earlier drafts of the amendment, and debates, shed any light on this?

Yes, I could do the research myself, but this is my favorite kind of question to ask - it invites "advocates" on all sides to present their case, for all to see.

Any citations, etc, would be welcome.

Don't try to guess my views. I want to know yours - and most importantly, the drafters'!

Thanks.

I see no reason we need to foot the bill for congressional vacations....uhm 'junkets'. Their job is to legislate--I don't see how spending $10,000/hr to fly to a 5 star resort will related to their job function at all. How stupid do they think we are?

No wonder they don't want to fund the troops, there wouldn't be enough left over for their vacations.

If anyone could find out WHICH congresspersons went on vacation on our dime, please post it for me. I've been looking and haven't found it (yet). I'd like to write to each of them and most respectfully express my displeasure.............especially if they are from my state.........

The recent shootings have shown we have become callous to the deaths of our young people in Iraq. I know their are those who say these kids chose to put their lives in harms way-but they are as important.

I read in one hospital they have been told to turn the bed sheets over,(when they can),rather than wash them for new patients ,to save money on the laundry bill. no wonder mrsa is on the increase.
and they have taken out every third light bulb in corridors, to save on the electric bill.
Where does all this money go?

Only America is taking responsibility here.

America has invested 5.2 billion per month for the past 4 yrs in wiping out 650 000 Iraqi civilians. Acknowledging the great cost to our people we found economies by ignoring the AIDS pandemic in Africa this strategy further cut, and will continue to cut the global population by 10s of millions. And on the domestic front we allow abortions. We support your right to carry guns this effectively wipes out 30 000 American per mont - PLUS We have been slow to act on smoking regulations, this we believe is our greatest achievement as not only have we gained considerable revenues we have drastically reduced the population by millions. There is also another upside to this, we have created numerous jobs within the health industry as 65% of all hospital beds are taken up by people with smoking related deceases.

We invest heavly on munitions with just 5% of the worlds population we spend 50% of the global budget on amunitions.
