What did you expect him to do, don some bandoleros, stride in to Virginia Tech and take out the shooter himself?
He made a statement within hours of the shooting, he and Laura are on the campus right now, and he is actually praying for the victims and their families.

Slow to react? He made a statement yesterday afternoon and is now in Virginia. What else can he do?
Why is that whenever there is a tragedy the media tries to blame everyone but the person who did it?

Not every national news story falls within the realm of the President's responsibility. What did you want him to do? What should he have done differently? By the time anybody knew what was happening it was over anyway!

He is going to speak on the campus today, about 24 hours after the incident.
He did make public comments yeaterday, just hours after the incident.
What more can he do?

for god sakes it happened yesterday morning! and the news didnt spill till yesterday afternoon!!! did you expect him to be there AS the guy was still shooting victims?
either way: he COUNLD NOT HAVE SAVED THE VICTIMS so i dont know why you are pointing blame at him
