I understand the government told yahoo to shuit down messenger. Is anyone else out there tired of the governments interference with their lives? The excuse is that their were reasons of national security, because "terrorists" might use it. Like they couldnt use aol, msn, or any number of other means of communications to accomplish their "so called " goals, if they actually exist. The truth is that the government is installing software designed to snoop the messenger service, so that they might track what you say on it. Lets face it, whoever owns the net owns the United States, because most money transferes happen online now, and news as well as information is broadcast over it as well. They seek to limit, as well as censor internet content, to stop us from telling others what we see and hear, or feel, so that dissension is kept to a minimum, and news and information is kept from the public.
