How does such a small country as Britain become so influential,in affairs at world level , so yes we get taxed from every angle but that is the reason that we are so rich as a country ,its the reason that we have a free NHS however much you want to moan about it,,its the reason we are called great Britain ,we all moan about things but try living in a different country and you will see how great Britain is.

This only recent, as far as the governments are concerned, before career politicians things were different, also only a few had the vote but those who did not did not pay tax or own anything. The high tax levels are due to the modern over government, al lot of which now emanate from Brussels, I hope that you only sell straight bananas and cucumbers and only in French measure

The British public has been oppressed since time and memorial, why should that change now,
they could say
"from tomorrow tax will be 50%, beer £5 a pint and you must give any of your spare rooms to asylum seekers"
and we would maybe talk about it on certain radio stations and ***** on a bit on here, but the bottom line is they could and we would!!

They try to get along with people but they hate it when people sets off bombs in the subway and kills people.
What is there about that that you people don't understand.
If you hurt people they won't like you.
don't set off bombs and you won't get hurt.
