Saw Nancy Pelosi's question and was wodering why yahoo would allow such a blantant kiss *** question such as that?
I mean does anyone really think she has a staff member that will read the over 16,500+ answers?
What a crock, would rather Gore or Clinton be King for life than have that traitor in office.

I'm a registered Democrat who is opened to voting Republican (if there is a worthy candidate). To be totally honest, I'd take Mitt Romney over Bush any day of the week. What do you think?

Presidential Candidate Rudolph Juliani just told David Letterman that he thinks we need to build new refineries to make more gasoline to meet increasing consumer demand and he seriously believes it is one way to will help lower the high price of gasoline or , at least keep it from rising further.

I think that a vote is a cognitive choice based on information.
Therefore if your brain processes information more efficiently it is more effective in choice making ie(a more powerful faster computer, which is therefore more valuable and expensive)

It follows that if one has more intelligence, they could better choose a political leader for the good of all.

This would also make it more difficult for political leaders to manipulate the voters, as the smarter ones would see through false information.

Perhaps point values based on IQ and percentile of population.

what the 'born again' Southern Baptist gave us in Jimmy Carter? Long, long gas lines and interest rates in the 20%'s. He isn't even a nice person, has accomplished little and finds it so easy to criticize others - really uncouth - for a former president who should have returned to peanut farming while Reagan got our economy moving again.

He is still trying to rebuild himself by finding other to tear down. Guess he doesn't like being known as the worst President in recent history.

Let's think again before judging character by the church one attends. People are known by their fruits - not what religious dogma they embrace.

I am so anguished over seeing so many good US Service men and women dying over there that I want to yell and scream. What is the goal over there?
I had mostly voted based on who stands for the 2nd amendment ie who was endorsed by Gun Owners of America Inc and/or the NRA. But now having voted mostly Republican and sometimes Libertarian I would vote for John Edwards over Gulliani,McCain,Hagel,Gingrich,or Brownback any day of the week. Bring home our troops now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree with Ron Paul: If you are going to fight a war then have the Congress declare war and fight to win!!!!! Do not court marshall our troops for trying to do their job and protect each other and themselves!!!!!!!

I see so much name calling like "neocons" "libs" (I guess that means liberals from the context most of the time but it could also mean libertarians) "Cons" and "Liberals". The more you get to know me the more you will see that it is impossible to put a label on me. Why? because I think for myself. People especially within the Republican party seem to want to assume that I am conservative because I love God and His Son Jesus Christ and I have dedicated a lot of my time fighting for 2nd Amendment issues and supporting the postions of Gun Owners of America Inc and the NRA. But I also have agonized over this situation in Iraq and wish I had been more out spoken about it from the start. I liked Howard Deans opposition to the war in early 04 but was let down by the Democrats when they nominated Kerry instead who was for it before he was against it. I know some lesbian women who I think are good people. I have been treated respectfully by homosexuals. I believe a woman should have a right t

I am only 26 years old. But I have many people from the older generation, that will tell you. In their time they trusted the politicians. They trusted the government. But it seemed that with each new person or new vote things just got more complicated. I am tired of being part of a negative America. We have done this to ourselves. We vote for lying jerks, because we beleive them. I my few years alive I have come to realize that we are going NOWHERE Real fast. What do you think???

When people vote for a republican a large portion do it because the person running is pro-life, anti-sodomy, or because they want illigal immagration stopped. All the above Rudy does not fit the mold. Why are people saying this guy has more of a chance than Ron Paul and some of the other runner ups, I have no clue.

I was wondering if some people could give me some feedback on this. I found this website that actually seems to think that a third party could exist in this country. Do you think it could happen? And if so how could we hurry this up?
