If the standard of living in other countries is so great is it because the immigrants are sending so much money back home?

If they were too busy, why has terror risen around the world? Luckily we have thwarted a number of attacks. Terrorists do not reside in one sole nation-state.

Terrorist bogged down in the quagmire of the blood of our brave soldiers. For nothing but oil.(my son was in his second tour when injured by a road-side bomb) US dollar is at the lowest ever compared to the Brit Pound. I you think the economy is great then you own stock in big oil and/or Haliburton. The price of gas is dramatically slowing retail profits. A deficit that keeps growing by the BILLIONS to help finance the corrupt Iraqi politicians.
Isn't it great we can legislate limitations on what a woman can do with her own body. I wonder what would happen if the supreme court would legislate limitations on the way a man makes desicions about his own body.
Bush could see to it that New Orleans gets fixed, or make sure the National Guard had enough equippment to do thier job in the states.

How about
1) Lower gas prices
2) Quit allowing the government to torture people in Cuba & other countries.
3) Quit listening to our phone calls authorized by the "patriot act"
4) Listen to the 70% of Americans who want us out of Iraq
5) Quit attending the Bohemian Grove
6) Get his hands out of our individual liberty
7) Actually get congress to DECLARE WAR on Iraq if we stay there.
8) Eliminate the illegal income tax
9) Eliminate secret militiary courts used for "terrorists" which has an incredibly broad definition, rather put them on trial by jury.
10) Be the first president to Audit the Federal Reserve.

Economy is amazing?
Yeah - I just paid $3.40 at the pump per gallon of gas. Because of the gas cost, I am paying more for my groceries, clothing, and anything else relying on truck transportation. I am also paying more for electricity, cable, and things you wouldn't think would have any relation to the price of gas, but do because they have to cover their costs, so that raises my prices. I am also looking at the cost it is to me and my business - I provide transportation to those that use my business. This means that I would have to raise my costs to those on fixed incomes to cover my expenses. Again this is all a result of the RISING (it hasn't reached its peek as of yet) gas cost.
He is a liar, and a horrible leader. He has trashed the reputation of this country in the rest of the world, and has done nothing but further what HE wants - not what is best for this country. A TRUE leader takes in what is the best for the MANY - not what will further their own agenda. If that is what you think he is best at, then I would have to agree; he is the best at being the worst!

No terrorist attacks?
Where have you been?
Just a few months ago the terrorists were allowed to infiltrate America and poison America's pet food supply.
There are many things bush can't do, one of them is speak English.
What a surprise!
Yet another con that wants to shred the foundation that America was built on - our Living Constitution.
Because one of the most popular presidents of all time, F.D.R. was voted in for 4 terms of office the republicans threw a hissie fit so the law was passed, because of them, that a president can only run for two consecutive terms.
But, every time they get someone in office, they say that they want to reverse their own laws.

Sorry, but the economy sucks. Terrorists haven't struck because they haven't. The real miracle is that some of us still have jobs of some sort. If you care to check out the standard of living in other countries, I think you will be in for a surprise.

In 100 years, Bush will be remembered as a great president who was probably ahead of his time in recognizing the threat militant Islamists pose to not just the US, but civilized life in general.

Please, tell me more about this "amazing" economy. And partial birth abortion. Wow. That's quite a victory for you guys. To ban a procedure that accounted for less than one percent of abortions performed. Way to rock the house!
