He is definelty qualified. Look at his public service record. I would trust his service record over almost every other candidates'. I really respect the fact that he prefers diplomacy to starting wars.

I think he would be fine, but look at the polls. IMO, Democrats are better off rallying around the clear front runner - Hillary Clinton, rather that reduce her chances by trying to find a substitute.

I honestly think that it would be good for the United States he has no high level connections in the Congress and could Start in D.C. anew with no obligations to anyone on the hill.
