No. that's what some people that vote for democrats are "all about."
But, the majority of people voting should care about more than one issue in order to vote for a canidate. There are tons of other issues to consider. But, you don't have to be gay to vote for a democrat who supports gay rights and marriage. Some people are. But not all.
If you look at it the way you are, that means that ALL people that vote for republicans are straight, gay-haters and they play the Jesus card. Just stop with the broad generalizations. You're making yourself sound ignorant.

No, certainly not, but if they want their gay friends and family to have equal rights, it is more likely that a democratic candidate would fight for those things, as opposed to a conservative Republican. Equality rules. And not to mention, what kind of person would vote for a Republican these days? The war has killed thousands, the economy is a mess, and our international rep is ruined- not to mention, middle class America does not have anything to gain from pro-business neocons.

I submitted my answer and then noticed this classic of clarity and eloquence, as I quote: "is america everybady can do, we call democracy and freedom". I have several possible translations into coherent English:
1. There's something we call democracy and freedom. It means that everybody can do America.
2. Is America everybody's Kandoo (really stupid brand of baby wipes)? We use the telephone to communicate with democracy and freedom.
This just proves my point, without even mentioning the fact that people also have the right not to be distracted by shiny objects while voting, as well as type coherently.

No, I believe liberals mean well, they are just unrealistic, tehy think you can tax and spend to a better economy, improve quality of life, respect for life, by encouraging the killing of babies, erase sexual behavourial patterns then pretend horror when children or animals are violated, etc. etc. and of course think that communism/socialism can create wealth without plundering and exploiting natural resources of other countries as well as your own. If they were all gay, that means in a single generation, there'd be less dems and more reps.

no, that's very stereotypical. i think a gay person can vote for whoever he wants. i would think they would vote for a democrat for fear of losing gay rights, but if they like the other candidate and his views better, then they'll vote for who they want to vote for.
