The Dow is nearing on 12,000 showing that the economy is strong and has recovered!

Unemployment is at 4.3% the lowest in history.

The Trade deficit has been CUT IN HALF 3 years ahead of scheduled.

The tech industry that got US in trouble the last time for lying to investors is now moving at a decent rate! Sure those jobs don’t pay the same that they use to, but they were filled with corruption and little productivity.

Soon it will be an employees market.

President Bush said that tax cuts would help us, and help the economy. He never reduced spending but increased it in education, and military.

WHAT HAPPEN?

Well, yet another Republican has been convicted of a crime and is in process of being sentenced to prison...(Ney, Ohio) so there's another one down...keep this up, and there won't be any need for Nov elections...all available Rep's will be in prison...our paltry 2 party system will be down to ony 1 main party and a few indep's, etc

2 semesters ago I had a professor who said hes active in the Democratic party and always voted Democrat but once he voted for a Republican only because the Republican is black who won and turned out to be pretty corrupt in the end. So is he racist to base his vote purely on the fact that the guy running is black?

He has the most screwed up background compared to Gabrieli and Reily such as supporting rapists. He refused to reveal his taxes. He is a racist, firing white employees once he had the power to and replacing them with black people and scammed poor people out of there homes. Why the hell would anyone vote for this guy?

First I will just make it clear I hate both party's. Politicians every single one of them, senators and representatives are not activists, many have no work experience, they went right into politics out of college. If you actually check out how they vote, they rarely ever vote in the interest of the American people but for corporations, plus just look at how much money they take from lobbyist.

The rich cantidate who is not helping our state's econmy is in favor of the issue and I cannot vote for him. The cantidate I want disagrees with the Christian issue. Do I just throw my hands up and not vote?

letting voter turn-out determine the number of electoral votes in a presedentail election? It seems that states don't do enough to encourage everyone to take part in a democracy. Should they get the influence of their whole population if only a minority of them are coting?

I just read this article by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He points out that some of the voting machines as well as the counting are in the complete control of private businesses. Also, some voting machine companies like the new "Diebold" were contracted by Congress, even though they submitted the highest bid. Sounds like "Halliburton" all over again.
