your vote controls the College in your state. It all adds up. Plus if you don't vote at all then you really have no say.

Yes it does....What I find funny is that people always say no because the other party stole the election....if Kerry had won the Reps would be saying "he stole the election"....The electorial college is very simple...
1. All the votes in the state are counted....whoever wins the popular vote in that state wins that states electorial votes. So your vote does count...
I agree with that system....It gives the states with less population, and different issues, and equal say when it comes to elections....there are more people in on major us city like LA or New York than in my whole state. Nothing against them, but I am sure many issues that affect me, really don't affect them....I gives the little guys an equal say.....
Another thing....if everone who said "my vote don't count do why vote" actually went out and voted....that would be thousands of votes in every state....and that could really affect the election....so go vote....no matter what party you are, or what views you have...your vote does count

yes, the Electoral College is controlled by the majority of the populations vote. If the majority of the population votes democatice, then say like your in California who has 15 senators, then California has 15 votes towards the democratic side.

I keep reading answers about how the Republicans are evil or the Democrats are evil. When in reality they only argue against each other as a show to keep us (the American people) divided. Both parties are corrupt and working together to make sure we don't start looking for a third party to vote for. There are valid third party candidates we should start looking there!

Sorry to say that it doesn't really matter, after the debacle with the"Bush Whacker" stealing a presidential election, that is why people are having this feeling of despair in voting and the attitude of: "WHAT THE HELL ARE WE VOTING FOR"

YES! Kerry would have won against that thugocracy, if only a FEW more people had gone out to vote...AND then held the Repos accountable for their theft of the election! Please don't give up: VOTE!

No, it doesn't. The voting machines are rigged up to vote Republican. So no matter what you vote that is who goes up on the computer. If you try to vote Democratic you are kept out of the voting booths. They are trying to bring democracy to Iraq.
When we don't have it here.
Look at Florida? voting is a joke. That is designed to just let you think you have a voice. They know before elections who is going to win.
