People from all over the world migrate to US because of the impression that it is THE land to live in. People living here are tired of all the issues: extreem liberalism and conservatism (is that a word?), political process dominated by lobbyists, trial attornies and special interests, crime, drugs, welfare system, illigal immigration, poor healthcare dilivery...
Of course US is better than all non-democratic countries, all democratic countries with political instability and all politically stable Democratic countries with extreem liberal or conservative bias!
Is there a perfect country out there which does not have to be at war all the time, can control illegal immigrants, gives every one eccess to healthcare and education without government bureaucracy ruining them, has the right balance of gun control, civil liberties, and environmental record, where poeple don't have to live ridden with guilt for the deeds of generations past and are free o speak, live and worship as they wish?

I loaned a so called friend 600 dollars about 3 years ago. She promised to pay it back after Christmas of the same year. I have not gotten a dime as of date. Can I take this person to small claims court and if so, what kind of documentation do I need and what will this consist of?

How to excuse yourself from summons for jury service? Is there a good excuse we can use that works all the time? or is there a trick to it?

I just dont know why we cant all be americans and stop the political arguing as to what party is doing what in the white house. If were all americans it shouldnt mater the party you belong too. Since both parties are to preform the same duties of protecting this country and way of life as the citizens see fit.

Could you think of a bigger display of egotism? Is it to create the illusion that we've actually been given a choice? I'm always tempted to write "Elmer Fudd" in the blank.

the Fed are private banks who recently have declined to follow the law and list how much money they print, regardless of its backing, Further the constitution has been thwarted , the government is supposed to control its monetary system , not foreign run bank boards, like The Rothchild Bank.

The idea behind a 2-party system is that each party takes a stand on an issue and their stance is supposed to oppose each other. So that when we vote, we are voting either one way or the other on a list of issues. However, there are so many issues that perhaps you feel one way about a certain issue that aligns with one particular party and then with another issue you align with the other party. For example, maybe you are against illegal immigration, pro-choice, want less government spending, and pro-environmental policies. You can choose the party that aligns mostly with your stance on issues, but inevitably you must give up your stance on other issues. Would it be better just to have people vote on these issues individually? What about the situation where there are more than 2 solutions? We have had the 2-party system for a very long time and it doesn't look like it's going to change any time soon. The question is not whether it will change, but rather should the system be different?
