You miss the point here. Liberals feel they have the right to tell everyone else what to do as well as telling everyone else they don't pay enough in taxes. However, do not DARE to tell a liberal what to do or to pay more taxes. That is simply not how their "system" "works".
This is typical. Just like all the Hollywood libs telling us to use less gas and buy more eco-friendly... then they jet off to NYC or Paris for 2 days in a private jet or drive their Hummers around town.
TONAL: What is your point? It is stil PRIVATE property. The owner has the right to do whatever he wants with it when he wants. There is no contract on the property. These people are preventing a legal and free American Citizen from using his property as HE sees fit.

It is irony that all these celebrities want to do good but nothing comes out of their pockets. They should each contribute about 1million to buy this property then there is no more problem.
This is USA, whoever owns the property should have the right to do whatever he wants or sell it to whoever wants to pay the price. It is in the constitution amendment.
Some of these people act as if we are in Communist country and that is totally wrong.
How would you like for someone to come and posses your land that you own and paid for it lawfully? This is a country of law and that is what makes it so great. Just look at the millions and millions of people that risks their lives sneaking in illegally to have a good life here.

Some questions are not questions. That is they are constructed in a way that one can only agree or disagree with its fundamental assumptions and values. Yours is a perfect example. Not all peoples agree with the fundamental value of land (especially large tracts that do not serve to shelter or directly feed its owner) being owned. My Native American ancestors did not agree with this imported European view.
Imagine this: you have a home. You find peace and comfort in it. Then someone buys the property next door and decides to build a wrecking yard (running 24 hours a day) or a landfill, complete with rats and seagulls. Does your new neighbor have the right to do that without any challenge from you and others there?

Nobody is living on the land. It is a community garden, used by 350 people to grow fresh food in an inner-city area; it's been around for ten years.

Daryl Hannah is a beautiful woman. She should stick with that. She symbolizes all democrats who are constantly trying to take private property (taxes) by force in order to distribute it to those the liberals feel are more "worthy" of your property. Remember the Sheriff of Nottingham? He was a TAX COLLECTOR who Robin Hood thwarted in his tax collections giving the money back to those who produced it., not those who were more "worthy" of it.

lol... that's a great idea !!!!!!.... unfortunately there is always a group of people in the world that insists on telling the rest of the world how to live... the more famous and richer they become the more they think they are entitled to do so! whether its her with her ideas, or tom cruise with his Scientology, or others with their Peta organization etc.... they all have to some how get into politics and try to influence every one else...

Tut, tut! Don't you know that rich liberals are better people and just plain smarter than everybody else, and the world would be all sugar and sunshine if only they were able to run it?
