Every year for centuries wildfires hit Californmia in that one area, people know this yet build million dollar houses there. Explain to me, why I am supposed to feel sorry for idiots with more money than brains.

I understand that we have a trial by peers, but why would you want someone listening to your case who probably won't pay attention, won't care, and while doze off? We should establish a system where people volunteer for jury duty. Don't say people wouldn't do that, because people volunteer for the army, so why not this? Having a jail sentence for not complying with being FORCED to do something seems hypocritical to the American government way. Just an opinion.

As with many other issues - "grassroots up" - "Main St."
not "Wall St? or "10 Downing St or 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue" should react or reflect the citizens represented.
Not "from the top down - as a trickle effect"
This might be called a survey - but it is not intended to be rhetoric. Give it at lest 24 hours before answering..... Thanks

The "big box" stores and other corporations are donating generously to the Ca. fire efforts, as they did during the Tsunami and Katrina.

Since they are bashed regularly about their profits, I just wanted to thank them for helping in times of need.

I haven't heard of any "labor unions" doing anything.

And while we're thanking people for giving of themselves, I also want to thank the Marine Corps "toys for tots", The ACLU doesn't give anything. The Code Pink ladies who protest against the military should be taking over that job since they don't want a military.

Please dont offer your response without researching these topics on your own (instant responses will be ignored). I'm talking about our freedoms and this is serious folks! Trust me, I didn't want to believe this either...but the truth must be told. Thank you.

Hillary`s road to success means being able to con America`s underclass to fall in love with her and socialism......That`s how her kind works.........Her kind motivates the poor for her own personal prosperity.....and the poor lose in the end historically. She`s looking for postion......And the ignorant will help her if they continue to be lazy, politically...This is the pattern........Hillary is evil for America, people.

On November 5, 2007, ALL Ron Paul supporters are supposedly going to donate $100 each. sort of like a "V for Ron Paul" day.....which is taken from the movie "V for Vendetta."

This idea has been spread all across the Internet and note that I did not come up with this idea, but I did make a YouTube video on the topic.

My questions is, will this be as successful as I and others hope, or will it be a big flop when it comes time to for people to put their money where their mouth is?
