We keep hearing the problems arising from immigration but too often we do not hear it separated into legal and the illegal immigration. There is a real difference and we should not place legal immigrants in the same category as illegal immigrants (illegal aliens). We have a true need for immigrants and we open our arms to them. We DO NOT need illegals and any effort to make those who illegally enter the United States, to provide them with employment, or any tax funded benefits should be strongly opposed by all citizens and immigrants legally here. The illegals are hurting not only the U.S. citizen but those who are here legally. Why are we not hearing any solid stand on this issue by the Presidential candidates? Are they all afraid to take an open stand and voice their real opinion on this issue? Should we not be forcing them to openly state their position before they are elected and find they have a debt to pay to the illegals?

I'm opposing the notion that faith-based schools should be publicly funded, and my arguments are:

1.) Why should the common guy pay money out of his own pocket to an organization that he doesn't know/care about?

2.) Why should we adopt an idea that the public clearly doesn't want? In Ontario where I live, I think it was around 60% of Ontarians that were opposed to the idea.

Are these good arguments and how would you counter it? Also, how do you stand on the idea of publicly funded faith-based schools?

tyrants are running a muck? They've devalued our dollar, they've put AIDS and mercury in our vaccines, they've lowered the acceptable IQ of military men to 75 (retarded is 70), they put poisonous chemicals in our water and food, they are trying to remove our 1st and 2nd Amendments through gun control and corrupt police...the list goes on and on. Please dont take my word for it....it's all documented and proven facts! Do some research and then tell me I am wrong.

I used to see people get really outraged about the loss of life, both in our troops and the innocent bystanders in Iraq, but in my opinion, it seems that most people have now come to accept it. I realize that we are powerless to do anything about it, but at least one knew that if enough people protested about the war, that maybe something would be done about it.

Put George Bush, Dick Cheney and Alberto Gonzalez on trial for conspiracy to violate the constitutional rights of every US citizen, abuse of power, unlawful use of military powers, and other high crimes. Make them all apologize to the American people, and the rest of the world for what they have done to this great country, then lock them away for life to be an example of what happens to corrupt leaders.

Immediately start a policy of guaranteed universal health care for all citizens, regardless of their status. Start a plan to return illegal immigrants to their country and shut down any employer that hires an illegal immigrant, making that employer pay to return the immigrant to their own country.

Pull out of Iraq today, and let them sort out their own destiny.
They have had years to stabilize their country, and failed. We have to admit Bush's and their failures and apologize, then leave.

Get back to self-sufficiency as a country and a continent, trading first with our neighbors, and stop letting China get control of our economy. No good can come from that. Rebuild our industries, our health care system and our reputation for progress and military strength.

What do you think are the pro's and con's of continuing to provide our society with social services?
What do you think are the DISADVANTAGES of each of these items occuring?
- Increase minimum wage to $10.
- More money will be put towards disadvantaged.
- We believe education is key to success; more financial support will be provided for students studying in universities/college.
- Law offenders will serve for the society (i.e. WORK!!) under control of the police force to pay their debt to the society.

Yeah, it is a project, and I have been researching and asking people for hours and no one has come up with an A+ answer... easy 10 points guys!!! Thanks =D
