Now that the UN has proven not to be able to make any kind of statement for or against the Israeli agression against the Lebanese citizens, would a boycot of Israeli products be a good way to prove that the world is fed up with the constant war in the Middle East?

Let's face it: oil prices are going up again, due to yet another war. As a result, prices of almost everything else are going up as well. Lebanese and Israeli citizens are bombed on a daily bases, and the UN are sitting on their hands, not doing anything because the US government is vetoing any and all proposals put before the UN.

It's time this agression stops, time for people to take a stand and say they're not willing to sit and watch yet another genocide. But what would be the most effective way? A boycot of Israeli products would be a good start, but what else can be done?

on here call themselves americans, but hate the government? I dont get it, learn to support or at least respect the decisions that our elected officials make. Sure you may not have voted for them and may not like everything that they say or do, but why knock them or talk crap? Be happy that your an american and that you have all the freedoms that you do, many people have given their lives for it, past and present. I just heard that in Cuba they cant have sattelite TV......and that its a punnishable crime, would you rather live like that as a commies play thing or as a free person who can do something as simple as surf the net or watch whatever channel you want to? Dont call Bush a killer of women and children when you dont have all the facts, he is trying to protect the greatest country in the world, The United States of America. Give the man a break

after joining the company , while on probation period, the company asked the staff to attend training sessions on job related issues and handling of equipment and customers. After so, tell us to sign on course curriculum forms given out to customers who sign up with the training academy, which the company also owns. I over heard that they may apply for training grants for new staff.without their consent. Can they do it? is it legal. We work for the company , not applied as course applicants to study for certificates. How do i chek whether they already applied for us or if we are also doing something wrong that may bring repercussions later?

Do you know or even understand what it takes to run for an office? Do you know how hard it is and the passion, courage and gumption it takes to be a public servant? I think, that each person who is old enough to vote should have to serve in some public servant position for 1 to 2 years so that each will see that it is not an easy job. It is always easy to critisize but would you walk in those shoes?

Do people go along with things they normally wouldn't do if they can be held in a captive state of fear? Can a person through the use of propaganda be kept afraid of the boogie man? Has any ones property taxes gone down.?
I keep hearing taxes has gone down, but my property taxes have doubled in the last 5 years and most government fees have doubled, ,this mean we are paying more taxes, than ever.
Do the republicans really thing Taxes or lower?
