after joining the company , while on probation period, the company asked the staff to attend training sessions on job related issues and handling of equipment and customers. After so, tell us to sign on course curriculum forms given out to customers who sign up with the training academy, which the company also owns. I over heard that they may apply for training grants for new staff.without their consent. Can they do it? is it legal. We work for the company , not applied as course applicants to study for certificates. How do i chek whether they already applied for us or if we are also doing something wrong that may bring repercussions later?
