Mostly.

Freedom of speech is really a limitation on government regulation of most kinds of speech. So, the government cannot restrict what we say, except under certain circumstances.

The Freedom of Information Act allows access to declassified government documents. It's not a universal pass-key to all information held everywhere, and does nothing about information under private control.

As to the rest, I couldn't really follow what you were trying to say. But the general gist seems to be that it's better to be logical and look at the facts of a situation, than to blindly react with violence. And for the most part, I can agree with at least that much.
