Why do the movie stars think they are so smart that they have to try and influence the rest of us. I don't feel the whole bunch are worth one of our military. They are so worried about themselves why can't they take their money and help the poor in this country. Most of them have so many homes they could build a whole city for the poor and feed them besides. I know there are some that give but how about more. Some of the sport stars could feed a lot of families in this country for years. If people are so against poor don't look for the government for help what about some of the rich doing more.I am so sick of the news telling about the trash in the world. Why can't there be some news, I know the world can't be all bad. What happened to people remembering 9-11 and Pearl Harbor? They have made a hero out of Lincoln, he started a war, what about Roosevelt, he started a war, they both had the draft, Bush only has volunteers.

People talk to him, but he just doesn't listen.

If we could all just donate a nickel, we could get him a, top of the line, Miracle Ear hearing aid. C'mon folks, let's do it before it's too late.......oh sorry, it's already too late.

and his two little children about 4yrs for the girl and 5yrs old for the boy, lived in a shack that looked like a Duck Blind? The father with the children watching their Dad, was hunting Swamp Rat for their Supper? The children were very sickly and illiterate? Why in the world would in this country there would be anything resembling that scenario? With all the racial issues about how the whites have it better? And then there was a black family same scenario but they were eating water moccassins? We have starving people here then and much more after Katrina? What are we going to do about this? Why were they not in schools? Where are the schools in New Orleans areas now? If mothers in middle class homes did not have to work the children would also get to be much more educated in common sense as well as more security? However where was our loyalties then to our own people? Am I the only one that watches those things on PBS? Not! So what is wrong here?

When the minimum age for casting a vote is 18 then why can't we fix an age for the maximum age.

Minimum age for casting a vote is reduced from 21 to 18 because it was felt that, at the age of 18 one can clearly judge the candidate.

Govt fixed the age limit for retirement i.e 58 or 60 or 65 , why because it thinks at that age a person can't judge properly.

So why govt is not implementing a maximum age for casting a vote?
