WELL I WOULD SAY THAT ITS JUST A MYTH THAT INDIA IS NOT DEVELOPIN I WOULD RATHER SAY MY COUNTRY INDIA IS NOT A DEVELOPING COUNTRY BUT A SEMI DEVELOPED COUNTRY MOVING ON THE RIGHT TREND OF INFRASTRUCTURE BUT YES IN THIS URGE OF DEVELOPMENT WE JUST LACK ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

TRENDS IN INDIAN DEVELOPMENT

God has not promised skies always blue
Flower strewn pathways all are life through
God has not promised sun without rain

India, Back in the times,
The country of spices, Snake charmers and magical hymns.

Gone are the days; when computers was a sci fi show of note
Windows was a sort of door And RAM was the cousine of goat.

Gone are the days when you could hardly see a car
On those unconstructed roads. The number of automobiles could be easily counted on hand
While they had no place to rest the so called parking stands.
Gone are the days when the shop used to be four walls
But today we see gigantic glittering mega malls.
Yes with the advent of time I see my India in a new shine

The cities of Chennai and Delhi; this once seemed as different countries
Are almost joined through the north south corridor
And that could make a new golden page of history

From Kashmir o kerala, the silent valley
From Bengal to bhuj From Mumbai to Delhi
The golden quadrilateral; the swarnim chaturbhuj
Tagging my India ahead in silicon golden thread.

The BOT and BOOT are the models or trends of road developing
And now the airports in Mumbai and Delhi are privatized and modernizing

Representing first face of India to the Foreigners eye
The duty free shop is now contracted to pantaloon a great retail chain hive

Not forgetting reliance and remembering the recent collaboration
Of Bharti with Wall Mart I feel the trend of progress is so smart

The above trends of infrastructure are really providing us development
Yes, my India is growing my country is growing.

181 SEZ, the special economic zones and the FDI’s will come in groans
The sardar sarovar project on the Narmada River
Provides to the aired lands, water: the life giver
The Iranian gas pipeline Burning and giving India a new shine
In this trend of trends the metro rail is not far behind.

The INDO-US nuclear deal pact providing us with new facts
But are we leaving some impacts.
Yes, Infrastructure has taken us from bottom abass
To the worlds highest roads
but in this mad race Are we hopping like toads?

Looking towards development in infrastructure, GDP’s and everywhere.
Are we leaving behind something called environmental management?

Development, development, development everywhere
Not some air to breathe
Development, development, development
It’s really hard to believe

About and about; about and about; about and about;
To the nature we kill and rout
In addiction of development we dance day and night
See how the water of our Polluted sacred river
Like witches oil turn blue, green, and white.

My dear friends
Today, here before you I stand
To tell you right is the infrastructure development trend
But don’t forget environmental management should go hand in hand
To see our India Ahead of nations like America stand
And in my nation INDIA As always it has been
Life would become A special place to spend
And I would say one again in the end

Not every one can become 'great' as were many past lived.Not interested in their own country.This is only a gift to for a few great who were interested in the development of their country with their high wisdome fore thought and sacrifices gifted.Men/women of that 'greatness' r very negligable other than their own self to day...This is due to evilwisdomed combating with the good minds with decissions to implore for the developments of the country.! when such a precious time and a true patriatic devoted' born' to achive development again and the Country is fortune with decipled humans, their admired duty to keepup the country developing and free from intersecting elements to develop and a good thoughtful administration installed to ease these honestly without prejudice & interference in devoloping with strength in all forms to ease developments it is done. !! the way v feel.Awaiting this for the Best to get!

Our country is A developing country. It is overpopulated. We say that there is "Unity In Diversity" in our country. But its not .And this is the main draw back. The success of one person brings A feeling of jealousy for another.
Other main reason is the slums all over our country. They don"t allow development in one way. The one trying to improve the condition of our country don't receive support from others. This reduce their interest towards their mission.
And this is the reason for the present condition of our country.

Many of us are interested to develop our country,but pre-occupation and the necessity to fend for ourselves prevents us
from taking any active steps.Be a good citizen and learn to respects the rights of our fellowmen.This is all that most of us can do for the betterment of our country.

It really needs a lot of courage to go and face the world. You come to know about the hard realities. You need money to support yourself. Everybody makes fun of you. I feel first earn a lot of money and then try to bring a change. Even a small change can bring smiles to millions and lot of satisfaction in our minds. Why not commit ourselves to bring a small change in the life of the individuals? Everybody does not have sifficient money to feed their family so cannot be interested to develop their country.

our people hav the capability to change or develop the country , all of us hav deep motherhood and emotions and a great power of doing something for the country but they can n't do this because we r not unite . one can never chang but a group can start. if we can make groups for the right thing for a good result and for the sake of all the we must change/ develop.

Am sandhya,studying engineering.
in this busy world,most of the people have time only 2 see thier family,improving wealth and his r her personal problems alone..am dividing people in 3 types...one is low level,middle level and high level....
low level people not having money 2 see themselves and their family,so we cant expect them...
middle level people have more prestige problems,they dont no whether they r poor r rich...sometimes they behave like poor r some other behave like rich,all these becos of surroundings...if they money their only aim is to become richest person,saving wealth,land,giving dowry's 4 their daugter marriage etc...for example y america is developed becos most of the people wont save money there...but here always saving money and gold for their future...
most of 90% of high level people not having soul 2 help others..this wat the present situation in india..
In my point of view developing the country by 2 ways
1.money
2.education.
money is not all important but education is very important...through education we can develop our country but its a long process..atleast now we force all 2 study then after 20 years surely INDIA is a developed country...
some good people there to develop our country but they cant becos individual cant achieve the full,form groups, divide all parts of our country and should develop each and every place in a country..
politics is one of the main reason that our country is not developed..there r many loop holes in laws..so all r escaping easily from their mistakes..we have to bring one law ie the politics members should be educated atleast he/she have any one degree then only they can enter into politics...

if all think about our country than our gets fully developed country.it is not possible because we are indians.those who think for development they may be a poor people or it have some problem or big people don't give opportunities to those people.
