Well, it depends......
technology is always handy and can do wonders but only if used efficiently. E governance can surely speed up lot many things. It can save time and contribute to India's growth but then for this you have to understand the technology.
India you know has the ability to produce best in technology Management we lack a bit. E governance still is a concept for any and people are trying to understand it. Once it is used fully everywhere and not just in Bangalore or Tamilnadu it can surely contribute towards Indian Growth

you can buy the best money and technology can give and provide...
but if porverty is still a main issue in your country, solve that first...
only then it's beneficial for the government and private investors to proceed with tha future knowing that the at least 90% of the population are eager and ever ready to work by being healthy in mind, body and soul....
it's gonna be really disturbing that one day, india's main cities will be one of the most advance in the world BUT just outside the city parameters, the old, the weak, the poor and the dying are surviving day by day, little by little...
the gap is too huge!
manage your country well and take other countries mistakes and learn from them... reagardless wheather they're advanced or a growing nation...

take steps to stop curruption.
