When india becomes a developed county younger people would be the politians. Because they do the work with great enthusiasm, with great energy level.

That's a nice one. But according to me it will make no difference
when india will become a developed country because today also there are young as well as old people who are in politics and it will remain as same as it is today also when india will be developed.

Hi,
That would not make any difference if it will be older/younger people who would be in politics.
One thing to be sure about is that Indian politics would se more and more educated people entering the Government.
Plato had said this rightly (Plato the Greek philosopher) - The people get the kind of Government they deserve. And if the people are educated, they will get an educated Governance.
What can you do to ensure this? You can ensure that you give excellent education to your children and leave no stone unturned in seeking education for the people who serve you (and their children). Ask a very basic question to the maid who comes for daily chores: "Where are you sending your children for schooling?" And ask her daily till she starts sending them to school.
Education will change everything. Experience will ensure that.

when India becomes a developed country, mostly the older people would be the politicians.
The reason-the younger people will be engaged in their work(as India is a developed country).the older people who are retired and are experienced in life will get in to politics.

first of all as long as the older generation will be in power that is what the present situation is - there will be slow development.but the pace wont be as fast as it should be.of course the new world belongs to the future and they should give the young the chance to prove they are capable of ruling a nation and paving the way for a better India.

Indians educated, intelligent without selfish motives would lead India to a golden era. Their only aim would be to ensure equal opportunities to all citizens irrespective of region or religion.

Those free from vices. No matter how many promises are made if a person has greed or ego it will surface very soon.
The young maybe open to self purification. But elders can just as well.

Age has got nothing with the capability. Our leaders should be
those who have Country's interest uppermost in their mind.
They should not be vote bank creaters that has divided the
country today in caste & religion.
