When PETA is in the wrong where animals are concerned it is a " misunderstanding or any lame excuse will do - just overlook our behavior and punish everyone else" .

How can they believe they are exempt from punishment just by claiming to be PETA and love animals ? How do they keep doing this year after year and no one seems to care?

Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), which requires “humane societies” to annually report their euthanasia rates. PETA filed the required “Animal Record” reports from 1998 to 2005.

These records show that during those years, PETA killed over 14,400 dogs, cats, and other shelter pets at its Norfolk headquarters.

A 35 year old man was shot in the head as he walked his dog early in the morning. I used to live in that neighborhood. We never even locked our doors back then (1988)

How sad for his wife and kids.

Portuguese police believe several people may be involved in the abduction of Madeleine McCann after they have researched every local phone call made on the night the 4-year-old disappeared from her parent’s holiday apartment.

Officers say a number of people may have been involved in her disappearance and are looking at phone records to back up their suspicions. More than 1,000 people will be questioned about their phone calls on May 3. Investigators are looking for any abnormal patterns in the phone calls made after 9:30 p.m. that night

Seems like an invasion of privacy to me. Do you think that it is OK to have your phone records looked at without a reasonable cause?

Don't get me wrong, I hope it leads to the kidnappers, I just find it a little odd that a persons phone records are not private.

I'm a peer educator, so I always have condoms in my locker for people who ask me anyway, but can I hand them out without hiding from security guards or administration now?

I know a kid who got suspended for giving out condoms because any sex ed that didn't ONLY promote abstinence was illegal. (That hasn't stopped the health teachers =P)

I went to the petrol station and as I was filling up,I spilt some fuel on my arm.After I'd paid,I drove off and lit a cigarette and my arm caught fire.I waved it out the window to try to put the flames out.The next thing I know,the cops pulled me over and arrested me......For being in possession of a firearm!!!!

Russia has called Bush's and the Zionist bluff with deploying nukes in Poland. Bush ready to let off a dirty bomb in Northern US like his last 911 as an excuse to attack Iran and Russia with nukes. Putin says he'll nuke the US if we attack Iran. China won't attack until after our ecomony completely implodes.

Especially considering that David Petraeus, the Military Commander in Iraq was a contestant. At least he supports Freedom.

Oh wait- they don't care about Freedom, the Headline of the online article says "Order Over Freedom".

Isn't it Ironic that the person who was fighting for them to keep their freedoms- which includes their right to print this nonsense- looses out to a communist. What a slap in the face to him.

The runners up included a second Communist (the president of China) and Al Gore- he is a socialist.

Has the press lost all their sense. I know they have the Freedom to print this crap, but they are abusing their freedom.
