it seems carben trading is inevitable?
thus i propose if it is should there be excemption for the lowest users [doing the right thing allready]
thus my question is
should any carben TAX ,apply only to the highest producers?
should the lowest get a rebate?[for pain and suffering not thier due?}
is across the board increase of energy cost increases fair and resonable?
should the grossest abusers pay above average cost?
consider just breathing creates carben ,we all have guilt but dont those abusing thier right to produce co2 pay throught thier noses not those who are forced to take reasonable air into thier noses?

What would you do in someone gave you 1 million dollars to spend to somehow make a difference in the world. How would you spend it? Where would you focus the money at, or what charities would you work through or maybe even establish?

Navy CAPT Lisa Nowak drove across the country to confront her secret boyfriend's other girlfriend. She wore astronaut-diapers so she would not have to stop at a bathroom. Why not just pee when she got gas? It's 900 miles! (inquiring minds and all that...)

Does this take astronauts down a click or what?

Secondary question: Were Nowak and her secret boyfriend ever on the shuttle at the same time, and if so, we all know what question is foremost on our minds about THAT trip!

In your opinion, which state sees a bigger economic boom over the next 10-15 years and why would you say that?

I personally think Florida will, as it's less expensive and closer to New york city/chicago.

In recent years the genocide in Rwanda and in areas surrounding it have been growing increasingly violent. There is poverty, civil war, and a GENOCIDE, going on right before our very eyes and we act as if it isn't going to hit us here too. Must we forget that God put us here as one and what breaks one breaks all. Can we stop this now before it ruins one of the oldest and richest contients (in culture) in the world. Or should we contiune to worry about the "weapons of mass destruction" in Iraq.
