I know we tend to all have strong feelings regarding Iraq, but I'm putting my own views aside here to try and stay relative to the question.

Is anyone else quite impressed with Prince Harry's determination to get out with the troops? I saw an interview earlier in which he said "I wouldn't have dragged my sorry *** through 4 years at Sandhurst if I wasn't going to fight on the frontline". Do you think it's good that he's taken this attitude, and what effect will this have on public opinion of the Royals?

OK, I don't want another war or any more of our troop getting in harms way, but..

The headlines today read "Iran going forward with nuclear enrichment!" All the while chanting "Death to America and Isreal"

What is the Dems plan to deal with this issue? I have heard talking points dealing with the presidents authority and the dems wanting out of the middle east, but what do we do with IRAN?

It seem they want to bury our head in the sand, am I wrong?

and allows in so much irrelevant testimony regarding where Nicole should be buried?
There has been no DNA regarding potential fathers. Nicole's body wasn't embalmed until YESTERDAY, Feb. 21.. Stern's female lawyer is forever grandstanding (and lots of the others also), the judge has managed to 'bring in' where he was born, where he went to law school, what he likes to eat, his favorite books/magazines, and the whole procedurejust appears to be a huge try-out for greedy lawyers.. In the meantime, that poor woman's body lies in a morgue. As it has for several days now. I'm surprised at least one of the host of attorneys haven't gone to a higher court to put a stay on all of this judge's proceedings and allow that woman to be BURIED! After ALL of the legal wrangling is over then, and if it is decided that Nicole's body should be buried somewhere else, the body could then be exhumed and placed in a final resting place. Lawyers, courts, money, exposure., greed. All of it. So sad....

A recent poll taken the week of Feb 20th seem to support the idea that mainstream America wants to see the mission completed in Iraq and agree the Democrats are moving too fast to undermine our brave troops efforts.

By a 53 percent - 46 percent margin, respondents surveyed said that "Democrats are going too far, too fast in pressing the President to withdraw troops from Iraq."

By identical 57 percent - 41 percent margins, voters agreed with these statements: "I support finishing the job in Iraq, that is, keeping the troops there until the Iraqi government can maintain control and provide security" and "the Iraqi war is a key part of the global war on terrorism."

Also, by a 56 percent - 43 percent margin, voters agreed that "even if they have concerns about his war policies, Americans should stand behind the President in Iraq because we are at war."

Why are we still in Iraq where more than half the country doesn't believe in this war in the first place? People have said it was a mistake to go in and now people in the Bush administration is saying it is a mistake to leave. i don't understand why we are still there, does it have anything to do with oil or is it terrorism? If it was oil then I could understand because the world supply is running out but I don't understand terrorism when Saddamm Hussein was no threat and had no WMD. So the question is why are we there and what is the goal and aim of the Bush administration, it has never been clear. If it is to set up a democracy in Iraq then what makes the US think that it has the right to make the rest of the world like us. It took the US a war with our home country and a civil war just to form our goverment and many wars following that. So the quesiton is why are we still in Iraq and for how long?
