and allows in so much irrelevant testimony regarding where Nicole should be buried?
There has been no DNA regarding potential fathers. Nicole's body wasn't embalmed until YESTERDAY, Feb. 21.. Stern's female lawyer is forever grandstanding (and lots of the others also), the judge has managed to 'bring in' where he was born, where he went to law school, what he likes to eat, his favorite books/magazines, and the whole procedurejust appears to be a huge try-out for greedy lawyers.. In the meantime, that poor woman's body lies in a morgue. As it has for several days now. I'm surprised at least one of the host of attorneys haven't gone to a higher court to put a stay on all of this judge's proceedings and allow that woman to be BURIED! After ALL of the legal wrangling is over then, and if it is decided that Nicole's body should be buried somewhere else, the body could then be exhumed and placed in a final resting place. Lawyers, courts, money, exposure., greed. All of it. So sad....

I watched the judge yesterday and he seemed to be having the time of his life in front of the cameras. None of it makes any sense.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous and I'm sick of hearing about it. That Judge is only after the publicity he can get along with Anna's mother and the other Lawyers. The woman's body is decomposing for god's sake bury her next to her son, as far as that beautiful baby girl goes, that should have been the very first thing that was done. Let Howard raise her, he seems to be the only one who seems to care about her anyway, and whats this crap about Birkhead, he said he hadn't seen Anna in 5 years, well duhhhh how the hell can he be the father???? and Zsa Zsa's husband?? oh please. Just end this now let Anna rest in peace and get that baby girl with her father who I hope is Howard.

Yes it is. I have never seen such a fight about where a person was going to be buried. I assume she wanted the spot next to her son. The court is turning into a circus. Let's be grateful that our ceremony will be very graceful and not disgraceful like the portrail or burial of Anna Nicole.

Yeah , I know it has been one big circus, a ruling should have been made the first day. I think they should bury her beside her son.

Its easier to do it now than to exhume a body later. This just goes to show how important a legal will is! I've written mine......

They should just auction it off on eBay and let the winning bidder decide. Ain't that what people do these days?
