She had her funeral dress ready, after fighting everyone she buried Daniel in the Bahamas and bought a plot next to him. Even distraught, depressed and medicated she always made it clear she wanted to be with her son, and even in interviews after his death she made it clear she wished it was her and not him and wanted to stay with him. Everyone involved agreed that Daniel was her whole life and she wanted to be with him, they just all disagreed on if Daniel should be exhumed and moved to be with her or stay in the Bahamas. Which now that the fight is being taken to the Bahamas, still might happen years from now. We'll all have to wait and see.
What has surprised me during this whole ordeal even before her death, is that if someone was trying to get paternity why did they never file in the Bahamas. They are just now getting around to it, but have filed multiple times in the United States. Danielynn was born in the Bahamas and the US courts have no say over her. According to Bahamian law the father is the one stated on the birth certificate.

The Judge didn't rule that ,he wants that .He handed everything over to the babys guardian.Which means these past three days have been a waste of time. The Guardian will sit with all involved and do what he feels is right for the baby. She should be with her son,but whoever gets the baby can always move the bodies.I think Anna would want to be with her son ,so the saga continues .

Theres no tombstone in the cemetary. It was state it was blank grave, with decorations.
And it was because of her circumstances of trying to avoid the paternity case, so she moved to bahamas..
In that itself, theres no reason why the dead boy would be honoured. More dishonoured than anything, by a mom who was trying to seek money.
So all this mess, is smoke screen thats not intended to honour any dead person.
Dig up the kids body -- everyone can see it doesnt belong in the bahamas anyway -- dig it up and either send her to L.A. or send it to her mother.
Plain and simple.
Sterns attorney clouded the issue like republicans cloud forward progress for our country's problems.
If its the best interest of the child, keep her family together.
Bahamas was never there home, it was their hiding place, go to L.A. for the kid.
But all this should be dependant on whos the father?

Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mom Virgie Arthur is a fat, funds-grubbin', adverse excuse for a mom. absolutely everyone's pastime in Anna -- different than for Larry Birkhead -- is financially based. Whoever is finally on top of issues of Smith's lady newborn, Dannielynn, additionally controls in spite of funds she had on the time of her death. additionally they administration any potential award in line together with her unsettled case relating to billionaire J. Howard Marshall II's property. the effect of Anna Nicole's lawsuit over her husband's fortune hangs in the steadiness as does the quantity of funds she, and finally Dannielynn, are entitled to inherit. Is it the $8 million her husband gave her, or the $474 million the financial disaster court docket gave her, or the $88 million the federal court docket gave her? Regardless, Vergie Arthur replaced into out of Anna's existence for surely the final 10 years. I call her surfacing and wanting custody of Anna's physique hinkey previous all theory. enable's no longer forget approximately that Anna's existence kind and antics communicate to how properly Vergie fulfilled her place as mom whilst Anna replaced into alive. She's for sure performing out of guilt -- blended with a desire for a lot of green.
