Depends upon what type of sickness they have. If it is just a cold then treat them normal. If they got the shits then leave them outside. If they are throwing up it might be because they ate some grass and no need to worry. Now if they ate poison or have a really high fever or there skin/fur feels oily and they are warm I would take them to a vet for sure.
