The Iraqi army was defeated. Now we are in a PoliceAction in a Civil War in Iraq

Remember, our own Civil War in USA took 7 years and killed over 5 million people. It injured over 15 million and permanently.

So this is a small dispute comparitively over there.

Dont be caught up in Politics. These people whether Dems or Rep are jocking for power. Neither has the superior brain power over the other in terms of Management of anything. Wars never turn out as planned.

I think we should make a crater out of that whole area over there via several killoton nuclear warheads mounted on the tops of some Inter Continental Ballistic Missles. That would probably start WW III though. It's coming, I believe, no matter what we do.

In the first place, we won't win this war. This is not a conflict that can be resolved with military force. end of story.

But what makes you think Bush cares one way or the other. He's alread said he wants to commit the US to fingting in Iraq--and the rest of the Mideast--for at least a decade. He is trying to build permanant bases in Iraq--and is trying to expand the war to somalia, Iran, and eleswhere. It's not a war he wahts to "win"--its an "ideological struggle" (Bush's words, not mine)--in other words, a jihad, not a war of national defense.

my guess...is that you are talking and referring us to the Iraq vs. USA war....
i am confused since so many wars are going on....at the same time. winning is not the end of the game. trying to convince the other party --whether civil or military is part of the game. as to the outcome --no one knows right now. your guess is as good as the President's assessment of the outcome. PS. do not tell anyone.

surprise is still a factor, since most what we show them on TV is bogus info.
