The Israelis supporters subjected to violent attacks by the French after the end of a soccer match between two Israeli and French teams ... This is another proof of the West racism against Israel ... How can protect Israelis from rampant racism in the West ?

At my school, we are doing 'Current Conflicts', also known as 'contrversies'. I know about a lot, but I can't find any decent information on some. Does anyone out there know any big problems that are really interesting?

Why not have the U.S. pull out and let the three go at it, that seems what is going on anyway, maybe the dust will settle and have three differant countrys, or if they want to fight for another thounsand years, fine, but keep our blood out of it..

i have to go to work, so i rejected the thought of getting my shopping done. but from what i have heard from my friends, it's a commotion out there. line is long, traffic is bad, parking is terrible, people is trampling from each other. other than that, the prices were slashed, is that a bargain? and/or is it worth all the effort?

i suggests to her that next time, tag along with friend, have one (at a time) be on line while the other is shopping so when paying time for the "stuffs", it will be quick for her turn...then, i told her, pick the store she wanted to shop and have her friend pick her store so the one who is on line won't be "agitated" while waiting, or if she wanted something, let the one who is shopping look for the "stuff"...

North Korea is a Nuclear threat but at least Kim Jong Il has China keeping him in check and he's now willing to negotiate with the INRC (this may even be a ploy). Iran is quickly becoming a real threat to the extinction of the human race. Ahmadinejad is an insane "Hitler" type with an apocalyptic view. He and his adherents will not subject themselves to ANY international governing bodies and have already stated they will annihilate anyone disagreeing with them. Israel is first on their list but the USA and western civilization is their ultimate goal. Europe should be VERY concerned.
WWIII is looming on the horizon.

Extremists are nothing if not honest. They say they hate because they do hate. They've been saying they want to kill us, we should believe them. Iran has all the energy they'll ever need, they don't want nuclear powerplants, they want weapons TO KILL US !!!.

To simply dismiss these types of statements as political rhetoric is just what "they" want us to do.

Soon enough we will too busy dealing with Iran and their nuclear threat to the entire globe to squabble about partisan or nationalist politics.
At least N. Korea has China keeping them in check, Ahmandinejad is an insane "Hitler" type with an apocalyptic view. WWIII is looming on the horizon, I hope the Dems and Reps can work together enough to save the world. Europe will probably suffer huge losses before it is all said and done.

Depose a dictator and the people of Iraq descend into killing each other over religious sectarianism fuelled by al-Qaeda and Arab/Pakistani terrorists. Who should we blame, the corporate West, an unstable fundamental element of a religious belief, or the inabilty of the Iraqi people to govern themselves?

Finally, a christian leader is speaking up against this discrimination against a BA employee who was not allowed to wear a cross at work. Isn't it time that in a supposedly christian country a C of E follower was given some support in this politically correct madness world? What do you think?

What do you think will be the global implications, if any, as the result of the death of this KGB defector? Is this something that the global community ought to be concerned about, especially as seeing how the Moscow regime is now supplying Iran with rockets and other weapons? When Bush and Blair wanted to kill or capture one man - Osama in Afghanistan, Saddam in Iraq - they waded in with tanks and aircraft, and tens of thousands of civilians died.

When Putin wanted someone dead, he was disposed of in a way that almost seems to have been chosen specifically because nobody else would be at any risk at all.

I'm not condoning a murder and stifling of free speech, but frankly, which was the greater crime? To order the death of one individual who one saw as a traitor, or to order a military invasion which was certain to lead to the deaths of many innocents?

Who should be more mourned? A former secret agent who knew that he was risking his own life by what he said; or whole families, women children and all, who were just getting on with their lives when a 5,000lb bomb landed on them?

Are UK journalists overreacting because this happened in Britain or because the man who died was working as a journalist?

Are Russia's leaders just smarter than ours?
