There is no proof that it is anything more then a natural Cycle and yet the wackos seem to be spreading this BS and scaring people into believing that the end is near. Why are people so willing to accept this crap?

We defeated the Iraqi army years ago. Last I checked, we are simply mismanaging an occupation. But certainly not fighting a war. Also, last I checked, it's more of a civil war than anything else. Sunni's Kurds, and Shiites are battling, killing and engaging each other far more than they are any U.S. troops. And even the Iraqi military and police are divided along sectarian lines. Each supporting their own sect's militias. So who exactly is the U.S. at war against over there. And please don't use the catchall phrase "the terrorists". People throw that word around way too much for everything and everyone these days rather than thinking. And there really is no "Iraq" or national "Iraqi" identity, or sense of country anyway. The three major centuries old ethnic groups were thrown together into "Iraq" by the British only decades ago. And now they're falling apart again. So now that we went in against all good advice, logic and history, with poor planning, what do we do next?

Because they will certainly spend many lifetimes in hell...My heart cries tonight as I read the story of NYPD officers firing fifty rounds into a car of unarmed men leaving a bachelor party. The groom to be is now dead, the night before the wedding, there were no weapons in the car. I'm sorry to say this is called murder Yes?

We stand to reach the $300,000,000,000 mark soon in term of costs for the invasion and occupation. That's OUR tax dollars. All of us. Regardless of party. Money that could have been spent here in the USA. Why are we spending money over there just to re-build what we blew up in the first place? And since when is it our job to build peoples countries up for them at massive US tax payer expense? Talk about a global Welfare policy!

Palestinians cease missile fire from Gaza 0600 Sunday, Nov. 26 - for real or a maneuver? November 26, 2006, 12:47 AM (GMT+02:00)

The Israeli Prime Minister's Office has responded favorably. PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas was informed by Hamas of the decision and passed the word to PM Ehud Olmert who confirmed that all the Palestinian terrorist groups led by Hamas agreed to stop firing missile attacks and using suicide bombers. The Palestinian step is conditional on Israel halting military operations, liquidations and demolitions.

DEBKAfile’s military sources report: Hamas and its allied terrorist groups have been feeling intense heat from successful pinpointed IDF operations taking place in the last week against Qassam missile squads and commanders in the northern Gaza Strip. The terrorists are also worried by the possibility of the former chief of staff Ehud Barak taking over in defense.

When people say things about

- The extreme poverty in america
-The rising obesity rates
-The war
-9/11 etc....

People get soo angry and post ignorant commenst defending the goverment, very rarely do i come across and american with common sense, to see through the "freedom" propaganda and the lies, so many of you have to face up to reality about your goverment. The goverment doesnt give a dam about the people, the only thing they care about is $$$ and we all know it, oviously they have to run the country, but some people know the truth to the iraq war and 9/11.

In the past few days I've read about or seen the following things:

- a man is shot to death on the day of his wedding
- college police use a tazer on a student who was using a computer in a room without the required pass
- a police officer repeatedly punches a criminal in the face while the criminal is subdued

What's going on?

You don't see this sort of stuff happening in other Western countries, at least to this extent.

South Korea is becoming another strong economy with Western values of democracy/capitalism.

There are many people suffering in North Korea due to poor leadership. Still, they're very much as Korean as the people from South Korea.

I hope they could one day unite, to allow a better life for the many suffering citizens of North Korea.

Is there any way that South Korea could one day unite/manage a unified Korea?

when Muslims commit atrocities on each other like they are in Iraq. It disgusts me to hear that a doll was booby-trapped and killed 3 children who went to pick it up, that over 200 Shiites died in attacks on their neighborhood and that 7 Sunni men were burned alive as they came out of a mosque, and several Mosques were burnt down in revenge attacks. Where are all those Pakistanis now, twiddling their thumbs or what???

It looks like Target feels real guilty! Why else would they be "working with" The Salvation Army the way they are? Target was looking bad enough when the kicked out the bell ringers, now they are doing it "their way". I think Target is a kiss *** just to get the shoppers. I'm sorry, it really looks that way! I think the Salvation Army is a Great organization and Target should've never messed with them.

So, how stupid do you feel that you cancelled the Layaway plan? Thought you'd get loads of $$ in credit card sales did ya? HA, that's what you get for being greedy! Most people (NOT ALL) that shop at Walmart, don't have loads of expendable $$ so the low prices and LAYAWAY are perfect for the Christmas season. Now that I've driven a few extra miles to go to KMart and Target, due to your screw up, I now see that they have much more to choose from.......

In conclusion, thanx to your idiocy, I am no longer limited to Walmart for my year 'round purchases.

Man, I hope the fool that suggested cancelling Layaway just before Christmas is not making alot of money, he/she sure isn't worth it...... not to mention the morons who actually acted on it.

artillery shells hit a house and a car wounding 2 people.
It went on to say in 2000 they had a intifada uprising when they carried out freguent attacks.
But since the cease fire seen a sharp reduction. But are now threatening to have a 3rd intifada.
That sounds so ridiculous to me. If Canada fired a rocket into the USA blowing up a house and car and wounding two people.
They would be up in arms and start an all out war.
Then they had people coming into the USA and blowing people up in freguent attacks. What would the USA do?
then after a cease fire the attacks were less freguent but didn't stop.
During all this Israel is the bad guy because they retialate???
What would the USA do?
