Is it just me, or are there a lot of American females who don't believe in fighting back against terrorists?

I meant civilian women, of course, not our brave women in the armed forces.

Are we only fighting terrorists in Iraq? How do you know that? And why would you think that?

Also, Hussein subsidized suicide bombers in Israel to the tune of 25g's. Does that count as part of global terror?

Many Americans, males as well as females, have been taken with the idea that pacifism and negotiation is the way to avoid or resolve all conflicts. They are not a majority; though it seems to be an attitude that students are being indoctrinated into; most are not falling for it. While no one in their right mind enjoys war it is necessary to be able to keep your liberty from those who would take it away. Be they foreign or domestic. Some females respond positively to a domineering influence such as the Mohammedan rules regarding the treatment of women.

No we are just not stupid! You see the terriorists are fighting each other in the middle east and the military is acting as refrees to keep them from killing each other. Why would an informed person post such a question? How is the USA fighting terriorists? They are just over there in the middle of a bitter struggle between the Sunni and Shiites. 215 Shiites were killed by sunni. then Shiites set 15 Sunni's on fire and burned them up.

So tell me again how the Americans are fighting terriorists?
The Iraq police stood by and helped as those men were tired up and poured the keroscene on them and set them on fire.
So who is the terriorists they are protecting us from?

Then they won't be over here killing us." Why is the us military trying to save lives?

If terrorism is a global problem and it is, I don't see how fighting against it in one country where it previously never existed in a ground war is going to stamp it out. The methodology that this country is using to combat terroism is ineffective and counterproductive. Better intelligence is the key and building alliances in the middle east.

I'm not sure what you mean. I don't think we should just stand by and let ourselves be terrorized. And while I think this war has gone wrong and could have been accomplished in a better way I know hindsight is 20/20. I also understand that if my son or daughter were in harms way because of the war I would be scared to death of losing them. I'm a mom first. Laila, thank you for your service to this country it is greatly appreciated.

Just you....... because this is one female who has been to Iraq and back.... Don't know who you are taking to but you might want to start thinking about all the women who serve in the military and have fought and died for this country right along side the men.

I think that a lot of American Females do not support the war, which I can understand because the war hasn't exactly been a great success. I think that we want to defend ourselves against terrorists, but not if it means we wage unnecesary wars that will end up killing millions of people.
