Consider that George W. Bush is in elite company:

Joseph Stalin killed 10,000,000 of his countrymen;
Adolph Hitler killed 6,000,000 Jews and other 'undesirables';
Idi Amin killed 2,000,000 people in Uganda;
George W. Bush killed 655,000 Iraqis and 2,800 American soldiers (so far);
Saddam Hussein was sentenced to death for killing 148 people in a small Iraqi village.

Bush illegally and unconstitutionally invaded a sovereign nation that in no way threatened, provoked, or attacked the U.S.A.

He lied to Congress about 'weapons of mass destruction' as his excuse for the invasion (Republicans spent millions of taxpayer dollars to impeach Bill Clinton for lying to Congress about an extra-marital indiscretion with another consenting adult).

Bush has ignored the rules of the Geneva Convention, disregarded the Constitution of the United States, and has pretty much put himself above both international and U.S. federal laws.

Should Bush be charged with war crimes? Absolutely! He should be tried in an international tribunal, along with all 535 members of the most incorrigible, incompetent, contemptible, evil, arrogant, corrupt Congress in U.S. history. If convicted, Bush, his cabinet members, and all members of Congress who endorsed the war should hang right alongside Saddam Hussein. -RKO-

What war crimes has he commited? He had a U.N. backing,Congress let him do what he thought needed to be done based on information provided by his advisors. If you are refering to the prisoners in Cuba,these are terrorist suspects or leaders with possible information.They are not U.S. citizens so they have no constitutional rights,they are not members of a regular military force of a nation that we are at war with so they are not covered by the Geneva Convention.
Do you have specific charges or are you just repeating the Democrats in Congress?

Anyone can be charged with anything these days. No man is above the law. Remember the golden rule though: Those with the gold make the rules! Only the losers in a war are brought to justice. The real crime, is war itself, and no one is innocent.

No. The office of the President is immune provided all acts are within his/her constitutional authority. This is so that the President can execute his/her duty to defend the nation by any means necessary. Do you intend to undermine the ability of the President to defend your freedoms? That is clearly the goal of the nation's enemies.
