They're asking all the fishermen to use brass weights, and the gangs are using bullets made of aluminum... of course, that could eventually lead to Alzheimer's later on....
..... Lead isn't really the issue there. It's salt water - you see, New Orleans is below sea level. We should be asking "What's being done to ensure the dollars being sent won't all end up in politicians' pockets again?"

Lead based paint has been outdated for years. And besides, I'm sure paint is the least of their problems in New Orleans.

lead poisoning from what? Paint - don't think they make paint with lead anymore.. and pipes were replaced with PVC long ago.
