School of the Americas trains brutal dictators and military madmen and should be gotten rid of.

SOA/WHINSEC is a school that trains our U.S. Army soldiers to understand the different cultures of Latin & South America & by the way the U.S. Army does NOT condone abuse or torture of any people. I support it because it gives U.S. Army soldiers a much needed cultural awareness sense of other countries to which they will be assigned in the future. I challenge anyone to prove that there is public documentation of abuse by international soldiers who came to this school for training & committed abuse & attrocities against their homelands' peoples.
