It's unfortunate to hear about a recent tragic story in New Jersey. A 15-year old girl accidentally killed her mother during a driving lesson. At the time, the teen was learning how to parallel park but accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the break. The car had the mother pinned down, whereby she passed away. It is horrific and devastating, also I do give out my condolences to the family. What are your thoughts about this sad story?

First they report that 40 people died in Houla, then they say, oops, our mistake, it was really only one. See the news story:

How can we tell whether the news reports of Lebanese civilian casualties are anywhere near accurate? It doesn't benefit Hezbollah to admit that someone killed was one of their own. It looks better for them if Israel is the bad guy killing innocent civilians. I'm not saying there are no civilian deaths in Lebanon, I am just asking why the news reports all of these civilian deaths as fact when they have no unbiased source that can confirm who is or isn't an actual civilian. Should the media require disclaimers?

Is this propoganda? I have never seen an image of a hezbollah fighter wearing a coat of women or children. If they are preventing innocents to leave - why is Israel still bombing them in the full knowledge that women and children are a target?

Are you as sick as me over yet another petrol price rise this time because of B.P.s badly maintained leaking pipeline from Alaska. If its not gas its petrol & everytime it hits us all & if we keep moaning & putting up with it , then it will keep on happening. It might cause a bit of personal hardship but lets make a stand & BOYCOTT B.P Products ....we've had enough.... lets have a revolution comrades!

Why do liberals say that we are in the war in Iraq for oil? If that is true, then why are oil prices so high? If we wanted to control the world's oil supply, then why is Iraq free to sell its oil to whoever it wants? The U.S. oil companies buy oil from Arab nations, from OPEC. We don't own the oil fields over there. We have investments in them, just like other countries have investments in them too, or in U.S. busineses.
It seems that when people run into things they don't comprehend, they make accusations and call names. They call America and Bush oil mongering blood sucking murderers (ok, so that's a little exagerated, but you get the idea.) I've been to Iraq, and I haven't seen any masive amounts of stole oil heading towards the U.S.

If Lebanon has an out-of-government-control terrorist militia entrenched near the Israeli border - why would Israel even consider getting out? Isn't the Lebanese government at fault for the hostilities by letting Hezbollah become cozy and integral in their land? Reminds me of Afghanistan Taliban government protecting Al Queda claiming they had to host their guests according to the Quran. The friend of my enemy is my enemy.

No matter how much you try to justify it. It is what it is; murder, we only obscured the truth because it's an easy way to get rid of the problem but he's the kicker, there will always be a reason to fight; big or small. We believe that we're doing our countries justice but what about the world? When will we use better means to protect lives around the world with out taking life away? One person who died today for their so called country could have been alive tomorrow creating something new instead of drestroying precious. We think the world has grown so much but we've just been fooling our selves; we've just been giving better sounding reasons for abusing life. This is our house we live in.

On either side of the fence, they're killing innocent civilians. If the UN were to impose the use of military sanctions (UN troops to stop the fighting between Israel and the Hezbollah) it might very well turn into Jihad. The UN has no power, Condelissa Rice and Bush are at a loss. Mean while innocent people, especially children are steadily dying. There is no end in site?

They are becoming terrorist by doing what Hezbollah wants. They want Israel to kill as many innocent civilians as possible so that people can see Israel as terrorist.

It is very doubtable that they would. Because majority of Lebanese people are not Shoe’s and they have been practicing semi-modern life style compare with other Arab countries.

So the question arise that, why Iran’s regime have been supporting such a fondemental backward group, if they didn’t want to terrorise region against Israel?

Hezbollah is violating Article 58 of Protocol 1 of the Geneva Conventions, which requires parties to a conflict to "avoid locating military objectives within or near densely populated areas." Hezbollah uses civilian homes and neighborhoods to store and launch rockets.

Article 28 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: "The presence of a protected person may not be used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations." This means that the building in Qana where Hezbollah was hiding its launchers was a legitimate military target.

Article 37 of Protocol 1, ratified in 1979, says: "It is prohibited to kill, injure or capture an adversary by resort to perfidy." It lists three types of perfidy; the third is "the feigning of civilian, noncombatant status." That is what Hezbollah does when it disguises its fighters as civilians and hides and launches missiles in Qana and elsewhere.

If you believe that Hezbulloh are a popular resistance movement, what were they resisting when they went into Israel to kill and kidnap their soldiers? Israel had pulled out of the Golan Heights giving Lebanon back their land. Curious as I've seen this resistance claim in several places.
