Someone would say that American Cars are a sorry excuse for vehicles which trade on fact that Americans are tasteless; their women come loaded with issues and fat missing brains or character and a complementary chip on the shoulder, and their beer taste like piss. What do you think?

The jews have so far killed 50 people (according to the BBC) in Lebanon, as well as dozens more in Gaza. They are also bombing Lebanon's infrastructure and the situation threatens to cause a wider conflict. Do you think the three captured soldiers would want any of this?

Does the Anti-War movement of the 60's and the Pro-peace rallies of the Hippie/Flower power generation still has relevancy in today's world? Other than the fact that the message of peace might have a different meaning today? Should we have paid more attention to the calls for peace then and apply it to today's world? Is it so hard to achieve peace or is it easier for governments to make war despite the protests from their citizens?

Preconstruction estimate of $2 billion, but final cost of $15 billion and it's already falling apart.
People being crushed inside tunnels due to faulty design and construction
Leaks and flooding due to faulty concrete because inspectors turned their heads while contractors stuffed their pockets with state and federal tax payer money.
Do we have the most corrupt contractors, unions and government officials?
Isn't this just a pathetic joke?

Today the US vetoed a UN resolution to end military offensive in Gaza Strip. It also issued a statement supporting the military action in Lebanon. Is this not just making the situation worse?

Israel 's guiding principle must always be to focus military actions as narrowly as possible on those individuals, organizations and governments directly complicit in the attacks, while sparing the civilian populations that surround them. NYTIMES Editorial 13/07/06

Any one else think it is absolute BS that the US vetoed a bill condeming Israel for there attack on Lebenon and Gaza, Israel is using excessive force on this, and killing innocent civilians in an attempt to rescue 3 kidnapped soldiers. Way over kill. This is comming from a White, Male, Christian Veteran.

I posted a similar question 2 hours ago and realized that many people were ok with the fact that Israel went into Lebanon, destroyed all of its airports and killed civilians. first of all, EIGHT children were killed by them, that wasn't even enough to be shown as a breaking news on CNN.com. Then, you should all know before you answer that Lebanon did not kidnap those soldiers but a militia fraction in it that operated independantly from the gvt and is controlled by iran and syria. Still, is it justified that the kidnapping of 2 soldiers ( which i oppose by the way) is reason enough to slay civilians, destroy the country's economy and airport? Are you people brainwahsed so far that you don't realize that it's as inhumane and equal to any terorist act that has happened in the human history? If the killing of innocents is a terrorist act ( and i agree with this), then why isn't the israeli army action considered one too? CHILDREN were killed, how can you be ok with that?
