I think it was a plan from the government to decrease the black population and all the excuses they blame it came from a "monkey"?. And the origin is "Africa". So put the puzzle peices together.

I think that it is only happening in the USA, but i think that it might be a good idea, because then Pennies would be like something old, something that may be worth a lot of money in the future. But i disagree with the idea because then things would be rounded to the nearest five, causing somethings to go UP in price, and others to go DOWN in price. but what do you think, good idea or bad?
