I think it was a plan from the government to decrease the black population and all the excuses they blame it came from a "monkey"?. And the origin is "Africa". So put the puzzle peices together.

Oh, please! If AIDS was the US government's attempt to decrease the black population, it wouldn't be a worldwide epidemic that affects all races. Admittedly, some of the highest rates of HIV infection in the world are reported in Africa, but that's most likely because of the fact that many Africans are uneducated and don't know how to protect themselves.

If it were, it doesn't seem to be working very well and how did all those "others" get involved, by accidental contact with a Black person? So which government do you think started this, considering the largest populations of AIDS victims are in Africa. Aren't most of those countries governed by Black people? Not everything is a conspiracy!

No I don't think it was an attempt to decrease the black population( and I'm black), because it first hurt the White Gay population the most

What 's hillarious is there is a vaccination that is proven more effective in African American, that a Bay Area company ( Giled) is working on. However no one is in a rush to do clinical trials or bring it to the market, because it doesn't help "white people" ....Now that is the conspiracy

No. But blacks haven't helped in solving the problem since many of them persist on having unprotected sex, as do other races. Just because the reported source is Africa and from monkeys does not excuse its spread. If all people would have heeded early warnings, we wouldn't have such a huge problem.

Answer - NO. Better question....in the US when TB and cholera epidemics broke out, infected individuals were quarantined and treated to reduce the spread of infection. And for the most part it worked. Why wasn't this same effective measure instituted when the full danger of HIV/AIDS was finally realized? I know....politics, political correctness, cost, discrimination. It's too bad. We might have saved a lot of lives and suffering.

i think even the government could have found a simpler ...more effective plan.... than that,... lets get this straight in order to decrease blacks.. the government sacrificed milllions and millions of non-blacks...men ,..women and children,. nah.. cant buy that one. so what ... it turned out like a drug deal gone bad?there had to be an easier way... if that was their motive.

no this is someones over imagination. the first case was a french canadian who came back from africa. also this has been seen before in africa. most of the reason that h.i.v. or a.i.d.s. is transmitted is by unprotected sex , nothing more.
