Or would a virtual fence work as stated by the president? Should we erect just a virtual fence around the white house?

Church members routinely demonstrate outside military funerals, saying American soldiers are dying as a sign of God's anger against the country's tolerance of homosexuality.

The cost of metal and minting far exceeds the monetary value.
Italy is now part of the EU, but the last time I was there, the lira exchange was about 1800 lire to 1 US $. At that time, a 10 cent coin, 1/10 of one lira, was very short in supply. They were necessary to operate an elevator in high rise buildings. The cost of metal and minting far exceeded it's value, and so, jewelers made jewelry from them. If a shopper was entitled to change, less than a lira, one might receive a packet of stamps, equivelent, or a wrapped mint/s, or a stick/s of chewing gum. When my late wife questioned this the answer was, "E soldi !" It's money.
Is this what we can expect if US stops making pennies?

I've seen numerous questions on here about what should be done to them, is it justice, did they have it coming. Why will people refuse to believe terrorists mean to do us harm, but presume an American Soldier is automatically guilty because the media splashes a story on the internet before there are any facts to substantiate it whatsoever.

Soldiers from same small platoon are under investigation for raping and then burning an Iraqi woman's body. A U.S. official close to the investigation said at least one of the soldiers, all assigned to the 502nd Infantry Regiment, has admitted his role and been arrested. Two soldiers from the same regiment were slain this month when they were captured at a checkpoint near Youssifiyah.

The official told the AP the accused soldiers were from the same platoon as the two slain soldiers. The military has said one and possibly both of the slain soldiers were tortured and beheaded.

South Park seems to always be on top of social issues these days. They seem to make very good points in every episode(behind all the fart jokes and what not) on what is going on in today's world. What are your thoughts?
